Words can’t describe how great of experience it was working with Vault. They made my insurance company look like dog food. Matt Hughes, my point of contact, was exceptional. I reported my loss to Vault and an adjuster was immediately assigned. He contacted the repair facility and authorized the work. Smooth ,efficient process without worry or hassle. Very satisfied. Hope I never have to report another claim but if necessary will do so with confidence that Vault will be fair and prompt.

I was amazed at how quickly Vault took care of everything, all calls were responded to, they kept me very aware of what was going to happen, came out to the house to see the damage and the check to cover all the expenses was sent very quickly. Excellent service!

Vault agents gave me the wrong instructions for a claim which led to a reduction in my coverage. I switched to Vault because I was told it was in the same class as AIG and Chubb. But my first experience was more like State Farm where claims does everything possible to limit what they cover.

I have had Vault Insurance for two years without any claims. They have just CANCELED/NON-RENEWAL of my policy for "AGGREGATE MANAGEMENT".
Obviously this is a company consumers must stay away from!!!

Never having a claim like that, we were very concerned, but then we were very pleased with the way Vault Property Adjuster, Richard Smacchia took care of things. He handled our claim very quickly and we were happy with the way he explained the process to us.

We were cancelled for not having a roof that was to the protocol of requirements for coverage. However after having Vault inspect the roof with their own company they found nothing wrong with the roof not once but 2 times. So the question is if there’s nothing wrong with the roof then why are you cancelling us
