Donnie from Vault was absolutely amazing! We ran into a lot of issues with our mechanic (who was trying to scam us) and Donnie was helping us the entire way. This was the first time my wife and I ever had to deal with car insurance and he walked us through it. He turned what would have been a nightmare scenario with the mechanic, into something that was way more than doable thanks to his expertise. He saved us our sanity as well as probably thousands of dollars of extra repairs. He spent hours talking to the mechanic, negotiating for us and we knew he had our backs the entire time. He also did not hesitate to help us way past his work hours since we were a few time zones away. Donnie was incredible and we appreciate all of his amazing help

Caused my drywall to have water damage and all my cabinets price came out to 770,000 to fix
The rep for Vault stated that I did bop need a permit for work and offered my 60,000 far short of my cost of over 770,000 to fix
