Punitive

Vault needs to learn how to be honest, helpful, and constructive.

As they have not in multiple instances of polite, respectful, professionally endorsed qualified communications, may the court system teach them via the lesson of punitive damages.

Vault rocked it!

This was very possibly the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Teresa Guy, my contact with Vault, was exceptional. Teresa kept me informed and made the process so easy. I could not believe how quickly the checks for the lost items came.

Donnie was the best!

Donnie from Vault was absolutely amazing! We ran into a lot of issues with our mechanic (who was trying to scam us) and Donnie was helping us the entire way. This was the first time my wife and I ever had to deal with car insurance and he walked us through it. He turned what would have been a nightmare scenario with the mechanic, into something that was way more than doable thanks to his expertise. He saved us our sanity as well as probably thousands of dollars of extra repairs. He spent hours talking to the mechanic, negotiating for us and we knew he had our backs the entire time. He also did not hesitate to help us way past his work hours since we were a few time zones away. Donnie was incredible and we appreciate all of his amazing help

Quick response, agent understood, provided check to auto repair and car rental immediately. Matt was a gentleman, supportive and unlike anyone in the industry I have ever dealt with. I’m 100% satisfied.

Don’t waste your money

My home claim for a water leak that
Caused my drywall to have water damage and all my cabinets price came out to 770,000 to fix
The rep for Vault stated that I did bop need a permit for work and offered my 60,000 far short of my cost of over 770,000 to fix
Very poor service as a company

Had accidental door damage to my rear…

Had accidental door damage to my rear fender shroud. Matt Hughes handled the details incredibly quickly and efficiently. It was quite impressive; so much so that I am considering changing my policy to Vault.
