FAULTY PRODUCTS AT PREMIUM PRICES

They sell faulty products at price-gauging prices and refuse to replace or refund. Below they claimed that my order exceeded the warranty but they couldn't possibly know my order number as I never indicated it.

Not so pleased

I've seen that other people had the same issues as I do about Vawoo on Trustpilot. I've ordered a few products, and after a month they've sent me a single e-mail, and the local post service gave me ZERO notifications during the whole time. I didn't contact the post office and they've returned the package after a month. Also the package was in an envelope weirdly enough, and the mailman couldn't deliver it to my mailbox, so I was supposed to go to the post office for it, which is absurd. Honestly, what kind of service is this? Nobody told me that I have to watch my e-mails on a daily basis because I'll miss the single notification about the package. If I order something I would expect the delivery to be made to my door and getting ringed on my phone number the moment the delivery driver is at my door, without a hassle. And now, for some reason, they've got to keep my money and the product too which is a FRAUD. Of course they won't refund me as this is the main point of the scam, they do the bare minimum to notify the buyer, trying to cover their backs legally, they know that the local post services are usually awful and won't notify people on their phone number most of the time, and they send the package out in an overstuffed ENVELOPE so you don't get it delivered to your home, they operate like this by design. They are praying on you forgetting the package. Mind you they've asked for €17.14 shipping. By the way, I'm not the only one with this issue as it seems. They don't even reply after you ask for a refund, they don't even have the spine to tell that you got scammed basically. Them keeping the money is at least morally wrong but possibly downright illegal. I'll write a complaint to the European Commission explaining the whole situation, in case they get banned from shipping in the whole EU for the shady business they do. This is not the first time this has happened and they did nothing help the consumer in any way, it's clear as day that they want to scam you if they can.

EDIT: Turns out they don't ship to the EU anymore, wonder why..

EDIT 2: "Since we haven't been in touch for 7 months, our warehouse didn't accept the package back and it was destroyed at the Customs. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in this case." So they didn't accept the free return? What does the 7 months have to do with the package that got returned after 1 month? I don't buy this.

EDIT 3: I understand that you are sorry about the packaging, and I've made the mistake of not seeing the received e-mail for a whole month, while the package was here, but I've lost my money on this ordeal and that certainly stings. I would have gladly paid for a reshipment if you accept the return and alert me about it. I'll give a 3 star rating because I was at fault for not following the package, but after a month, I've simply forgot about it. I've already paid for the items, and I'm patient but I would have liked a more thorough shipping procedure. Also I've got a 15 percent off coupon which is decent but I can't use it because there is no EU shipping.

Than you get message that shipping will take 17 - 25 days.

You ask for refund and you need to wait another 14 WORK days
= till 9 December.
That’s pretty much time, that you need to invest, just to get your money back or to get your order.

A waste of time...

I made an order on their website to the EU.
I know most, if not all companies from the UK choose on only ship and sell products within the UK and therefore do not allow you to choose a different country during checkout.
This company however does ship to the EU, but when I made an order, they contacted me letting me know that they are unable to ship to my location due to restrictions, this is after the purchase had already been made as well as a transaction was sent through. Now I have to wait 14 business days for my money to be processed, which mind you means over 2 weeks as weekend are not considered business days.
This whole situation could've been avoided if there was simply a line to explaining in their shipping policy page that international orders may be subject to higher costs and nicotine products and so on are not shipped internationally, or simply not allow purchase of products that are subject to these restrictions to countries outside of the UK.
Waiting 3 weeks to receive the money is a frustratingly long time...

i think its a scam beware !!!!!!

ordered a e-cig and after 3 weeks the tracking sight said it was at the pick up point ,the problem is it was supposed to be sent to my address also where is the pick up point there are several in my town,normaly i recieve a barcode and the address of the place i am supposed to pick it up.i contacted 17 track and they said to contact the local sender who the hell is the sender if they dont tell me.contacted vawoo but no reply if you ask me its a scam beware future customers !!!!!!

Scam!

Since no one from Vawoo is responding to our messages, I am writing this review to warn everyone!

I placed an order (#3153898) worth €160 on September 11th! It took almost 10 days and my inquiries until the goods were supposedly shipped. I received a fake number because nothing was shipped!! Today, October 3rd, 2024, no one from Vawoo has responded, money is gone, goods never received!! Be careful people!! do not order from this store!!

If Vawoo contacts me unexpectedly and sends me the goods I paid for, I will gladly remove this review! Until then, I warn against this store!

Be patient it will arrive!

Because of national regulations a lot of retailers in the Netherlands stopped their online shop for e cigarettes. It became difficult to obtain the model that we searched for a good price in any European country because they either don't ship internationally or they charge enormous amounts for the shipment. And there we met Vawoo. Okay the shipment took nearly 4 weeks but I knew that in advance. I just received 4 pieces of our favorite Smok model and some spare parts. It was all packed well so we received it on good order. Thanks Vawoo!

Feels like a scam

Do not belive their reply, there was no shipping or tracking info. They sent me a link showing my problematic address but when i typed in my address i only got one postal code, dispite their claims my adress gave two different postal codes.
If you order from after reading this you get what you deserve.
Feels like a scam, after a month of nothing, no shipping info no tracking no nothing they then say I gave them wrong address. Meanwhile they never even did a shipping update.

As we replied to you in emails, your shipping address was incomplete. We also sent you the link to Canadapost, where your address can not be identified as there is no building number.
You could send a request to the shipping company to make sure that your parcel was there, but somehow you didn't and instead you are saying we are scammers. If you are sure your address is correct, please provide the shipping company's reply.
It is wrong to curse people for your mistakes, as you did to us in emails, but we wish you all good.

Poor Customer Support & Website Infrastructure

The website simply won't let me complete my payment for an order.I wanted to order a Freemax Maxus 2 200W Kit.It was and still is in stock.After I add it in my cart,fill up my shipping details,it takes me to the payment page,which it naturally should.But the payment page always says "Currently Payment System is Unavailable, Please try again later".It has been showing the same error for the last two months.I have contacted Vawoo several times and they have responded with the same response everytime;"We can do nothing about it".It's not like the problem is on my side of things.It's on their side of things.The last thing a Customer should have to hear from a seller is that they can't buy from them.Extremely disappointed by this behaviour and the lack of care towards their customers.
