Arrived 11th June.
Over one month later for 5 x pods.

Was supposed to be delivered to home address - delivered to post office instead.

I have since left the country (didn't imagine an order would take such a ridiculously long time to arrive) and the order cannot even be collected by someone else - ID is checked by Ukraine Post.

I've come to understand that Vawoo is a UK company - the order was actually supplied by a company in the Netherlands, who then ordered from China, who then sent the pods to Netherlands, who then sent the order to Ukraine. The most ridiculously convoluted order route.

Their fine print gives them something like 45 days to send the order.

My advice - don't waste your time and money.

Been great for years!

I've ordered from this company about once a year for the last 4 years and the item has always arrived, as described in about 3-4 weeks. There has never been a tracking number applied in my account and sometimes they don't respond so you're never quite sure what is happening which is why only 4 stars but my order has always arrived and I've always been happy with it.

Didn't get the refund

We have placed an order #3162406 on December 13th. Despite the long shipping (the goods arrived to our country at January 9th), the biggest problem is that we are still waiting for the refund. The goods were detained by customs, so we asked just to ship back for the sellers. Since January 20th until now we have been writing letters for the support and asking about the situation. Yes, they have been replying, but we still didn't get the refund. The products and the refunds from China come even faster. If you don't know how to sell products properly or how to deal with customers, just don't start the business.
