The overall experience is not the best quality, for the package to even be shipped out took almost a week, now it is in transit for a week, I have never had issues with PostNL, so I believe that this issue is from the company itself.

Hidden long delivery times.
Unfortunately, when I ordered I didn't read the fine print that it will take up to a month for the package to get delivered. If I knew I would have not ordered.
What is even the point of this store? If I wanted cheap and long waiting periods I would have just ordered directly from China from either Temu or Aliexpress.
The worse part is that you cannot get a refund because the package is already "on its way" when in reality its stuck in some Netherlands warehouse for weeks.

I used this website to order e liquids.
I placed my order on September 25. For the first two weeks they could not ship it because of a national holiday week in China. After that they shipped it, but the package was not trackable at all (probably an issue with their shipping partners). About a week later it was seized by Chinese customs.
I contacted their support and they replied quickly, saying the tracking number would be updated. It was updated, but it still was not trackable after October 17. Finally, today, November 11, I received my parcel with my order.
Pros:
-Good prices
-Quick and polite support
-Order arrived
Cons:
-Website looks like scam (it's not lol)
-Payment method looks suspicious (it's not lol)
-Tracking did not work properly
TL;DR:
Waited around 40 days for the parcel, but received it in the end.

Terrible delivery and high shipping fees
I’m really disappointed with Vawoo’s delivery service. The shipping took more than 20 days, which is completely unacceptable in 2025. What’s even worse is that they charge a delivery fee, yet the package still takes ages to arrive.
It turns out they first ship everything from China to the Netherlands, and only then send it to other European countries. That explains the long waiting time, but it doesn’t make it any better. If you’re ordering from Europe, expect a very long delivery and poor tracking updates.
For the price they charge for shipping, I expected much faster service. Definitely not ordering from them again until they improve their logistics.
