Terrible experience. Purchased a few vaping devices while they were at a cheap price and they cancelled my order stating it was a technical issue and then said I could buy again but they put the price up sky high and even added extra postage costs so I refused to buy off these greedy people. Shipping... It's terrible. The selection of products is great, prices are good but shipping is terrible. If shipping were free, 25 days would be acceptable but when you have to pay there's a LOT of room for improvement. My item was in 'shipped' status after only 1 day. Then it sat at a 'transit stop' for 15 dsys. Then it said collected by carrier and sst in that state for snother 6 days. Then there wss nothing in ststus. Still waiting after 27 days. Get better couriers and it will be 5 stars.

The seller claimed it was shipped on September 19, but almost a month later my parcel is still marked as “ready for shipment” and has not left the Netherlands.
