Nic the founder of VB is so caring
Nic the founder of VB is so caring, helpful and knowledgeable and she has personal experience of hernia and stoma. Nic helped me through the process of receiving my two ladies hernia support vests and hernia support belt via the NHS prescription. She drafted a digital letter for my GP, which I emailed to my GP for approval, which was sent direct to my local chemist. Also I purchased myself ladies panties and more ladies vests and I had a very good discount.
All the garments I've received are excellent quality and the ladies support vests fit well for my petite height. They are very comfortable to wear, keep their shape and tightness and easy to wash.
I would highly recommend Vanilla Blush for their excellent professional, friendly service and products.

Hi Fay, I am sorry to hear this. I have seen you were cc’d into emails about how you must order your stoma garments. Unfortunately that part is completely out of our control as you are under a continence service in Bristol. I’m sorry if you never saw this email, but they have been sent. We are closed now until tomorrow but didn’t want to leave you without a some acknowledgment. I understand this is frustrating, it’s frustrating for us to get a 1star, for something not in our control. Great choices
Great choices! So nice to find cheerful, courful stoma knickers which are totally practical. I may be 76 but do not want to be condemned to boring, old person, lingerie just because I have a urostomy. Shame there aren’t matching bras as well as I like lingerie sets. But well done and keep it going!
