MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED
I am updating my initial review below. The support made sure to provide a working card after several issues with their provider. I will surely recommend them now. You just have to be a little patient which is hard for a first time buyer.
So after going back and forth for a few days, I have decided to amend my initial review because I have been refunded as non of their cards worked for me.

Ordered a card with $10 on it, paid $16 in crypto and I was really thinking this might be too good to be true because the email didn't arrive for a few hours. But low and behold, support answered back in about 2 hours and got me in my account where I got to experience a true VCC for the first time.
I was actually shocked when it worked without any problem, I'm seriously grateful for this.. and glad I get to leave a review for you guys, hope it helps! you have no idea how much it helped me 🥹

the service works, but not where I wanted
the service definitely works and I was able to use the card, but not at the place I wanted to use it, since depending on master or visa type or if the VCC is with certain merchant type restrictions as in the master card I got could not be used on gaming sites, getting the correct one is important.
