I have given one star only because I had to rate this company to write a review. I would not give any stars rating! The products are not as advertised on the website. The products do not come from the States, but from China. My orders were prints on very flimsy nylon type material which was so thin you can see through it. I doubt if this material is fire retardant!! I paid through Paypal and they have advised me to contact the retailer directly which I have and I am awaiting a reply. Do not purchase anything from this company, you have been warned!!!

Their clothes are a joke. It’s nothing like in the pictures. They don’t fit well at all. They’re cheap cheap clothes very disappointed they’re deceiving in their pictures. I have emailed them because that’s the only way you can get a hold of them and I have not heard back yet to try to get a return authorization number for this pile of junk. They sent me and to cancel a second order that I haven’t received it hasn’t been shipped yet, but I have heard nothing but crickets. Beware of this company.
I have sent probably 50 emails to where you’re telling me to send my order number I have asked for a return authorization. The number again is VC00140038. I need to cancel that one because I don’t want this qualities of clothes that they’re a joke so I need to cancel that one that has not shipped yet and I want to have a return authorization for VC 00138230 you will check your emails. You will see I have sent probably at least 50 emails with no response.
Responding to your response So how in the hell are you you trying to satisfy your customer with your shallow excuse and empty apology that again a joke. Cancel my order VC00140038 for the 67th time and I know it hasn’t shipped yet. I’m contacting my credit card and having them start an invest in your scam.

The only thing you guys could’ve done a little different/better is let the person know when their items will be arriving as well as shipping updates… I just spent over $150 for Halloween items… And if I don’t have them by Halloween, then the majority of that order was pointless… So hopefully someone can get back to me to let me know when I’ll be getting my items… If I won’t be getting them by Halloween I’m gonna need to know if you guys do returns ?!?
