Yep - like the others, just got scammed into buying a subscription. Very snakey - they make it look like you're paying for a one time use rather than entering a trial period, and then charge your card... See more

IT'S A SCAM!
It's a total scam, seriously! They lure you in with a $1 charge to download an image, but here's the catch: that tiny fee signs you up for a trial without your knowledge. Before you know it, you're hit with a $30 charge after just 2 days. And here's the kicker—you never agreed to any subscription or even set up a profile!
All you receive is an email with the image, and good luck trying to cancel that trial. The process is a real pain, not user-friendly at all—total scam alert!
They scammed me like any other people
They scammed me like all other people, however my bank won’t even consider to dispute the charges. Took me a few months to realise. STAY AWAY!!!
Wish I read the reviews on this website…
Wish I read the reviews on this website before using it for a singular time. I was charged $30 on 6/30 after the trial which I was ok paying since i forgot to cancel. That was until i was charged again on 7/10 for another $30
Horrible User Experience
I sought for this company's image unblurring tool.
They show comparisons where they PURPOSEFULLY blur the image more, to make the change more drastic. They also don't allow you to zoom in properly into the "unblurred" image to see if any qualities have been changed. It doesn't work well with texts and it muddles them and makes the text illegible when unblurring.
Not to mention, they charge you £1 to download the image! They also make the detail that you have a trial very hidden to you, so it can be easily missed and you're charged a hefty price after 2 days.
The process to cancel the trial isn't user friendly, and it also results in your whole account being cancelled too.
Do not recommend, will never recommend.
Do not buy or complete anything under…
Do not buy or complete anything under any circumstances. Fraud because you are immediately forced to take out a subscription for 29€ instead of the 1€ for processing!
Like many here
Like many here, I signed up for the trial for $1 with no issues. I did receive the info about the trial ending in two days and then the monthly charge of $30. However, after signing up for the trial, I was not emailed anything regarding account information or trial info. In order to log into your account, you have to try to sign in and do a password recovery, at which time their system sends you, in your junk mail account btw, the code needed to reset your password and access your account to cancel the subscription under the settings tab. The only way I was able to discover this, was to find reviews online about it. I tried contacting the company the day of my trial set up, after I realized they did not provide the services I needed and did not want to continue my trial through them, but of course, no response.
Their system is intentionally designed to confuse and scam people out of money, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
HOW TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION
HOW TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION
JUST CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IN THE EMAIL YOU REGISTERED, USE THE PASSWORD THEY PROVIDE YOU, THEN GO TO SETTINGS AND CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR 29€.
Vectricon.co Are Scammers
I wish I could give Vectricon.co a score lower than 1, because they are a scammer outfit. They charge you a dollar to remove the watermark from your image, which automatically signs you up for a subscription service. I had no email, user name, password, absolutely no account information, but was charged twice for a service I didn’t even know I was signed up for. Read all the End-user agreement, do not use this company, they literally are not following their own end-user agreement. This company are scammers. In order for you to stop the subscription, you have to reset your password to access the website, because they never share your password with you in the first place.
Scammo
Yeah.. I also got scammed by this company. Very ingenuine business model, 2 day trial for £1. No notice of being immediately afterwards enrolled onto a monthly contract for 26 pounds except for hidden away in the ts and cs. I'm not sure this is even legal..
I'll be disputing payment with my bank.
The whole point of a trial period is to TRY something and then based on that experience have the possibility to decide whether to commit.
Avoid this company.
A total SCAM
I did not subscribe to these people but £26 per month has been taken via my card details, I am at a loss to know how they got them.
Do NOT sign up for anything with them, do NOT have anything to do with this company - it's FRAUDULENT, a total SCAM.
Charged my card immediately despite…
Charged my card immediately despite alleged 2 days free trial. I am now £26 out of pocket for a tool I used for 2 hours, and they are refusing to refund me, stating it is "my confusion" and therefore my fault, despite the payment window stating my £1 free trial ended on the 26th June (it is currently the 25th). Joke of a company, avoid avoid avoid.

THERE IS NO MENTION ABOUT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP when you edit a single picture and pay 1€.
They say in agreement it is mentioned about monthly membership if you do not cancel your 48hrs trial period for 1€ , which must be written with 1px font.
I AM GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE'S NOT "NO STAR" OPTION.
An absolute disgrace of a company
An absolute disgrace of a company. Essentially thieves who operate with a sense of entitlement. Charged me £25 despite my protestations that this was a genuine mistakes
No apology or willingness to listen. You would do well to avoid these cowboys at all costs. They have a lot to learn in life especially in respect to customer service.
Avoid avoid avoid.
SCAM! KEEP YOUR MONEY IN A DIFERENT ACC
They attempted a subscription payment straight from my account
I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE! Not even for a trial
I keep my main funds in a pot and only transfer into the main account as amd when needed. Needless to say- their fraud will not go through.
Please be careful with your acc- reviews state that they DO NOT refund
SCAM! Do not use this service
Same issue as all the other negative reviews! It’s a scam, didn’t realise they have actually have already taken two payments of £26, paid for one image to be vectorised! Luckily one of the previous negative reviews advises how to cancel this subscriptiontion, as have had no emails or communication from this company whatsoever!
Total scam
Total scam. I agreed to pay $1 for 1 image to be converted to an SVG file. I never signed up for a $30 per month subscription yet they charged me a total of $31. When I asked for a refund I was denied
Complete Scam
Paid £1 to upscale one imagine as it said it was £1 for 48 hours use, and then I was charged £26. Nowhere had I agreed to subscribe and I haven’t created an account so as far as I’m concerned it’s a scam. I have contacted them for a refund but I’m not expecting a reply so I have contacted my bank who have put a block on the ‘subscription’ and are disputing the payment, so you’ll get no money from me, scammers.
RIP OFF MONGERS
RIP OFF! I wanted to turn a JPG file into a SVG file. they got a dollar from my credit card, supposedly transformed the file but I when I went to upload it they hadn’t transformed it at all. Before they could charge me $26 or $30 or whatever I canceled my credit card thanks to this site. SCAM!
Paid £1 for a trial subscription…
Paid £1 for a 48 hour trial subscription (fine), received no correspondence via text or email (not fine), then they attempted to take £26 within 12 hours (again with no correspondence, so this is fraud), so had to contact my bank to cancel the payment. Utter scam artists.
