Yep - like the others, just got scammed into buying a subscription. Very snakey - they make it look like you're paying for a one time use rather than entering a trial period, and then charge your card... See more

AVOID!

I paid £1 for a product and without knowing it, I'd signed up for another £26 of expenditure. Avoid at all costs.

I'm another victim of this scam

I'm another victim of this scam. Charged £1 for a trial then a day later had £26 deducted. My emails have been met with a "you should have read the small print" and a refusal to refund the amount.

Utter daylight robbery (and the AI service doesn't work particularly well anyway). AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam website and service

Absolute scam website and service.
You are conned into believing the service is £1. You will then be charged £26 a couple of days later. Their website homepage mentions this in tiny tiny text but if you access their services but via their home page then you don't know until it's too late

Scam

Scam. Purchase a £1 item and 2 days later they took £26 from my bank account and claimed I opted into their monthly prescription. I have tried emailing them to get my money back with no success. I never signed up to the subscription service and it has left me with negative balance in my bank account. I've read so many reviews online where the same has happened to others that have been tricked into the sub.

Scam photo service

Total scam even after realising I had signed up to be a subscription and cancelling before the “ 2 day trial “ I was charged £26 , the response to me asking for a refund seemed automated and in no way suggested I would get a refund . Don’t pay the £1 !!!! The service is poor anyway , your enhanced photo will be poor you won’t be able to download it and you will find they rob your bank account . I was lucky my bank refunded me . DONT put yourself through it but I’m guessing to be here , like me you already did . Go straight to your bank !

Scam!

I resized one photo and planned on cancelling service. I never got an email to do anything. Once that happened I put a lock on my card and asked my bank to watch it. Sure enough they charged $35 with no way to cancel the service. Luckily my bank stopped it and will not honor any more charges from them. This is a scam!

Don’t think about using them

I was another victim of the scam where I made the £1 payment just to be charged £26 out of the blue. Luckily I managed to get my money back. However, the customer service of Vecticon tried to claim I didn’t read the T’s & C’s but I was never given the option of them

Bad bad bad

Bad bad bad. I only wanted to upscale a photo and paid £1 so no warning about that £1 is trial period for 2 days and than they will take £26 from your account ( that they made too instead of you). Very angry as £26 matters to me as I am at the moment out of work and have 2 kids and every penny matters. I pointed that out to support team but they just send general message back. No humanity at all. After all found their message and account password in spam folder and managed to cancel that subscribrion.

Total scam, beware!

Once you pay the £1 to download your image, there is no way of cancelling the subscription. No email confirmation, no account created, so it's not possible to cancel. This site is a pure scam. Had to contact my credit card company to stop further transactions.
