Yep - like the others, just got scammed into buying a subscription. Very snakey - they make it look like you're paying for a one time use rather than entering a trial period, and then charge your card... See more

Absolute SCAM
Same as everyone else in here. Paid £1 to see an image adjusted then no more communication. Next day charged £26 for a recurring subscription. No information, no email received. Response from company was just the usual ‘read the small print’ response except that was no small print. The information was hidden deliberately to scam people out of money. How they are allowed to continue to get away with this is quite shocking!
After paying just for a single usage of…
After paying just for a single usage of their service with my credit card, I found out that they silently activated monthly subscription.
Not worth the trouble
Read the small letters and terms of use. They hide the charges and free trial information there and do not refund you with this excuse.
Beware
Beware - Absolute scam. I happily paid £1 to vectorise a file as a one off transaction. At no point pre, during, or post the transaction was I informed that I would be signing up to a monthly subscription. Fast forward 48 hours and I have been charged £26 for a monthly subscription fee. Steer well clear
Don’t be misled as I was
Like many other users I was misled into believing I had paid a one-off charge of £1 for deblurring a photograph. I had instead been signed up to subscription of £26 per month. I received no email indicating I had subscribed and only discovered when I saw a pending charge in my bank account. There was no obvious way to cancel as I had received no password. I eventually logged in with my email address by clicking the forgotten password button and getting a ‘new’ one. I was able to apparently close the account (yet again no email confirmation). By this stage the payment had gone through my account and I was told by the bank that visa rules prevented them from stopping the payment. I have doubts whether it would have been recalled by Vecticon even if I had cancelled within 48 hours. An expensive learning experience!
Scam avoid using
Scam avoid using. they will charge your account after the 1 dollar.
$1 Promise $30 Scam
I used them for an image paid $1 USD. Two days later, my bank flagged suspicious activity because they never actually charged the $1 USD - and instead were trying to charge me $30. No contact from the company, just weird charge on my card. I used Google Pay, so I don't think they had my card number, but it was WEIRD. Please, please AVOID THEM!!!! My bank was a total rockstar about the situation, on the plus side.
Scammers
Scammers. GPay need to put them as a dodgy business and should stop offering electronic payment dealing with them or with their banker.
Scammers, Thieves
Scammers, Thieves -
Careful about this site - they portray their service with a one time charge, but they hide a subscription fee behind it.
They do not want to refund.
Bunch of pirates!
Bunch of pirates!
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before using their services.
Vecticon entice you to pay £1 for an image without properly revealing that by paying the £1 you are actually paying for a two day trial at the end of which £26 will come out of your account and hey presto you have an unwanted subscription all paid for.
Fortunately my Bank, Santander automatically put a block on the payment and contacted me. They are not getting my £26. I checked my email and saw they had sent me a pass code. I used this to cancel the subscription.
Steer well clear of these Maltese bandits.
I have just found an attempt to charge…
I have just found an attempt to charge my cc for $1. Did not sign up for anything, have not had any emails from this company. No idea what it was for until reading other reviews.
I had to process just one photo...
I had to process just one photo, but they activated a contract for 29 euros per month! Absolutely avoid!
Scan Please beware and do not use this site
Complete scam paid £1 and without consent or any details they took £26 without any contract or subscription or agreeing to anything no confirmation email of this was sent used my card without permissions they are thieves
As with others
As with others - a £1 fee is the lure and then they go for. £26 deduction from your card. My bank saw a fraud in action and alerted me so I stopped the thieving payment
Scammers
Scammers, the business needs to be taken down it should be illegal how they are scamming people
Huge scam
Same as everyone else. They con you with a $1 sale then charge you $40 for a subscription without sending you a single email to verify anything. Thankfully I caught it right away on my statement otherwise I would have been paying monthly and not realizing it
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I paid for a £1 free trial and was automatically subscribed to a £26 monthly service without my knowledge. I didn't receive any information stating my new subscription and I was completely unaware. I never used their service as they are totally useless. This is a fraudulent organisation that just wants your credit card details to secretly steal your money.
Total scam website
Total scam website. Do not use. They are thieves.
They charge you for a service £1 pound…
They charge you for a service £1 pound service and after pass few days they charged you £26 pounds they are scam avoid this websites.
Stay away from this scammy business
Similar experience as everyone else. I paid for a trial, and the subscription was automatically renewed every month without any communication from them explaining how the subscription works or notifying me before renewal. I wasn't using the service and only discovered the charges by accident. When I contacted them to request a refund, they refunded me for the last month but then stopped responding to my emails. This seems like a total scam.
