I had some issues with my sim card and…

I had some issues with my sim card and i contacted vectone via chat service they provide.
I was helped by milena
She was polite and she answered my questions and helped me ordering a new card .
+ she reads and responds fast so you don’t need to wait for the answers.

I had a technical issue with my old SOM card number 068860978749 where I got a pop up message says (Refresh SIM card) and the telephone becomes out of order. I went to the mobile repairing shop and they told me that I have to call Vetone customer service. I did and spoke with Mr. Harry Joe who was very belpful and told me that the issue was resolved. Thank you very much for your accurate assistance and swift action and response.
