A very rare good person and employee

I did have a problem with my Sim card, Mr. Farouq (I hope I did wrote his name right), was very helpful. he helped me a lot and quickly. not that he helped me with my problem quickly, he gave me time and was very friendly. It's rare to find employees like him and I hope your company appreciates this. I will recommend vecton because of Mr. Farouq. I congratulating your company for such an excellent employee.

I had a lot of questions and Yogesh…

I had a lot of questions and Yogesh politely answered all of them. He was very patient and helped me a lot. Not only did he answer my questions with a lot of patience but als solved my problem. I am very happy since I called there before and the woman who picked up told me she can’t do much about it.
Give this man a raise please! :)

Faruk is definitely best customer service worker!

Vectone is a very bad reviewed Network but FARUK is a dedicated customer service worker that solved my case in an unexpected short time !

Faruk deserves 5 STARS definitely while the VECTONE big rich Boss deserves just 1/2 Star !
He (Faruk) is so dedicated that called me 4 times to solve my issue and he really succeeded! Thanks mate !

I'm holding a Vectonemobile Austria…

I'm holding a Vectonemobile Austria earlier SIM from 2017, it was issued via its Dutch partner KPN NL. In 2022, often had issues when there is 5G connection available when roaming outside Austria. The syndrome is you can see all available network in Manual mode hence neither could connect to. Switch to Automatic, it does not connect also. I launched the online chat support, the response was really fast and professional from Milena, she helped to explain and introduced about the upgrade of new SIM, after I provided necessary information, she was able to quickly give a clear path to solve the issues I had. This is a kind of refreshing experience in the telecom services in Austria. Efficient and effective
Vectone now sees to have no bandwidth limit so far of data connection.My other WOWWW prepaid card also offers all in one package for international phone calls with a reasonable monthly charge , hence the data bandwidth is limited to 50Mbps or 100 Mbps for more expensive package. I could easily get up to 160Mbps/ 200Mbps on Vectone LTE based on MAGENTA in Tirol and Wien.
