Defect Sim Card.
Farooq helped me. My sim card got defect and he helped me with transferring my old number to the new sim card. Also answered my questions about roaming instructions and tarifs. Very polite. But the opening hours are an hour delayed

Farooq the life saver
I was travelling to near the border of Switzerland for my work . I need internet on every step just to follow the train schedule and for the online meeting with my remote team . But unfortunately my internet suddenly not working
Then I call 5 time on customer service and every times a lady answer and said I send your case to technical team they will call you . No one call me for 7 hours . Then I call again customer service and this time there was a guy speaking he treat me very well and resolve my issues within 5 minutes with the help of technical team . He was a very polite and humble guy his name is Farooq. I really appreciate his effort.
