Very satisfied with the shopping experience.
I have shopped a few time from Designersandfriends.com and the experience was always perfect. I was very satisfied with the products and, the couple of times when I had to return something that didn't fit, the return procedure was very easy. Delivery was also within the stated time frame. So I will definitely shop here again.

Great webpage that gathers good offers. Almost always something neat for a present or to renew the wardrobe. Some of the offers are returning if you miss them and costumer service all ways helps.

Slow response, buy and you will end up in the dark. :(
My wife bought a pair of earrings from this site.
She happily chose a nice pair of earrings and paid for it. Although the site says that stock is available, but would take a little longer to process the order, she's fine with it. 2 weeks passed and no news from the site.
When emailed to support to inquire about the status of order, a support response email was received the very next day. This is too slow! 1 day for a response? I am not talking about the automatic response, who cares about these automatic response saying that they have received our email? We need fast feedback. 1 day is just too damn long.
Then support told my wife that the particular product is no longer in stock. The order took 2 weeks to process, what stock would it have left if it is a hot item or a promotional item?
Of course, my wife is offered another pair of earrings of similar kind in exchange for the out of stock item, she accepted it unwillingly, and that time was the last time she would ever buy from the site.
