Taste is very good.

Wonderfully exotic dishes that are easy to prepare? Yes please. The company should increase the range of Asian products especially more Indian rice dishes .

I recently picked up some Veetee microwave rice to try for the first time.

Was amazed with the quality of product, I won't buy anything else now.... and it's super fast too...

Huge fan of the product range, in particular the duo rice pots and mac and cheese heads.

Staple in our weekly shops for quick and easy lunches and dinners at reasonable cost.

Great products. Really impressed with the new range that has come out. Will be adding these to my weekly shop regularly

Really good fresh tasting rice, had a small issue contacted customer service and problem was solved and handle excellent. 100% would buy again and do weekly.

I struggle to cook decent rice at home - this is as close to perfectly cooked as possible IMO. Also so much better than the mushy stuff that comes in pouches!

I was someone who previously had an off pot of rice waaaaay last year, and they went absolutely above and beyond in discovering the batch issue, and keeping me informed with all the changes they’ve made since to the packaging to rectify that. Now it’s solved - and trust me, I’ve had enough of their rice since to check. Really the kind of customer service you dream of. They’ve converted me into a loyal customer - my kids love their rice pots! The flavours in their range are incredible.

I recently tried Veetee Rice Duo Pots and HungryHeads Mac & Cheese, and both have become absolute staples in my kitchen!

I did the Veetee challenge. Veetee microwave Basmati vs Tilda microwave Basmati. Unbelievable!
Veetee won hands down. Whiter, more aromatic, fluffier and tastier. - can strongly recommend. From now on rice pouches are history it's Veetee trays for me .

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wasted my time going back and forth in emails with their so called “customer service”. After asking for batch numbers and pictures of the moldy rice I was completely ignored. I emailed them three times reminding them I still had not received a response. I’ll be making sure everyone I know does not spend their money with this company. Shocking customer service

Took a few days to receive any contact towards my refund. There is a small quality issue and I was only given 5months expiry for 3kg rice

We use their stick rice a lot, but we had a pot that went mouldy well before the BBE date. I sent a complaint (with photos) to Veetee, got a quick response and they asked for further information whilst they investigated. In the meantime they sent me a tray of 6 (12pots) as a replacement. I can’t fault their customer service and only dropped a star because of the initial mouldy pot.

Like others, I have found mould in their rice portions. Shame, as I found their sticky rice to be tasty.

Avoid!

Bought rice from Tesco, and its nowhere close to Basmati, when complained they ask to send sample rice and sending me cooking instructions, as I dont need to teach them how to make my own food, I been cooking for over 35 years now.

Bought a brand new sealed box of 6 packs of rice only to find black spots/mould on them, unacceptable waste of £6.90 and have nothing to eat for lunch at work

I am another who bought these pots . One was mouldy, numerous complaints to VeeTee were ( after an initial response and promise of replacement), ignored. No replacement arrived.
I have reported them to food safety Medway as there is a clear public health risk from contamination. Especially if the rice had not become frankly mouldy by the time it was consumed.

I ordered some basmati rice straight from veetee , 2 packets were black , customer service very helpful and sent 12 replacements, how ever I sent all the information necessary batch and barcodes and I received no information on why , told they have not received convenient since I was told to dispose of said items the date is approximate they will know
