I run a pair of air-cooled VW's and have found the service from GSF/VeeWee absolutely great. I also ran until recently a Golf Mk3 and found them just as good for that as for the air-cooled stuff.

The part was a metal seal channel that has to be spot welded in place. VeeWee price was very competitive (I looked in several places)and included post & packaging.

Only place I could find a suitable Beetle exhaust tailpipe to suit a van. The service was extremely quick with low postal costs and they even rang to confirm that I was purchasing the right component for my needs. Best service I have found in the seven years I have owned my van.

My brother has been looking for parts for his VW overseas but eventually found it on veewee.co.uk. I have had no issues with the transaction and prompt delivery. Good service overall.

items received within 48hrs and pretty reasonable quality. A small mistake was put right within 24hrs - you cant really ask for more.

I used to shy away from GSF and veewee because their goods were severely inferior, but they are incredibly hugely improved and often identical to vwheritage/JK etc, but vastly cheaper.

You know what - these guys are seriously improved and if like me you previously swore never to order from them again; just pop into a GSF store and look at the quality of the stuff. EG their alternator pulley wheels are very heavy duty and dont shatter in under 100 miles like vwheritage ones do, plus they are very reasonably priced.
Their engine cases are the same brand as the other suppliers, but cheaper PLUS you can get 10% discounts in store or via email and all of a sudden, the case becomes an unmissable bargain!!

GSF are now very serious competitors in the VW aircooled market, and Im pleased there's one within 15 miles of me and also that I can order online - well done guys; huge pay rises all round!!!!!

I was really impressed with how quick the panels came and also how well they were packaged. Put them on beetle and they are the exact fit.

Arrived within 48hrs as stated, well packaged and good quality gear. The site could do with a bit of a tweek as its not the quickest to get around when you type in a search it just sends you where ever it feels like 🇩🇪🇬🇧🇺🇸

I sent an order then realised a mistake on my part. I had ordered the wrong year part. I sent an email immediately to their sales team asking for a change and one item to not be included. I got no response and the item was included in the order.
An email saying it could not be removed or even some sort of response would have been nice, but I got nothing.
Bad customer service. I will use someone else in future.

Very fast delivery very good price but chrome finish not 100%

I ordered a VW Beetle exhaust kit (order 150000479). The exhaust arrived with only one exhaust tail pipe and one exhaust pipe clamp. Telephoned GFS and man said they don't deal with online problems, and told me to phone Vee Wee. Telephoned Vee Wee and asked for the other tail pipe and fitting clamp and the man I spoke to said he would send both items on to me. Two days later an exhaust clamp arrived with a exhaust fitting kit I already had from the first delivery, and no exhaust tail pipe. I didn't trust the company to get it right and send me the tail pipe, so I just ordered one and paid for it separately. I can't imagine how the person packing the original order could think that a twin exhaust kit should be shipped with only one exhaust tail pipe?!?

12/04/2013 : Vee Wee later contacted me with an apology and a refund for the tail pipe. Good customer service, and they tell me they have corrected the error which was caused by a packaging list that was in error. Pleased with their response.

Ordered a new petrol tank sensor plus a few other little bits and arranged delivery to my local garage for fitting. Very reasonably priced parts, free delivery a bonus, parts arrived very quickly, overall very satisfied. Glad to be able to find a wide range of parts with ready availability for my '77 bug, would definitely use again. Quick, no hassle, easy to order without having to fill in endless registration forms online. Highly recommended for ease of use, with choice of paypal or credit/ debit card payment.

Window winder mechanism for VW T2 is of poor quality. Just doesn't fit properly. Will have to buy from another more trusted source.

Prices are very competitive compared to other online suppliers. the free postage was a big bonus. Delivery was very quick. 'll be buying more from VeeWee in the future.
