After putting a request to withdraw winnings, been waiting for 5 business days now, seems an absolute scam

Currently waiting on a withdrawal it's been 5 days now and it's still under review , complete joke I won't ever be using these again , they have now lost a customer , like other reviews I just get fobbed off saying it's in the way . I soon will be taking legal action

Terrible online casino, been waiting over 2 weeks for my 2 withdrawals of £500 to be reviewed, every time you speak to live chat or email, you get an automated response saying there is a delay in the finance department.
You get given a VIP manager, who seems to go missing when you want or need some help.
I’m not holding any hope that I will be paid my winnings.
What kind of online casino nowadays takes over 2 weeks to process withdrawals……. Shambles!

Not long been playing vegas hero and i was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews but can honestly say ive had no problems had quiet a few good wins the only downfall is waiting for withdrawls to go into your bank can take upto 5 days but the way i look at it is im not putting it strsight back in so its like a little savings

Do not use ,they don't pay out ,an yes if like me ull win alot on 1st deposit thinking great but you don't get it just says pending ....should be shut down in my opinion.

Please, do not sign up to this. I made the mistake of doing so, and made a deposit. I managed to actually win, so went to withdraw, it was declined. They asked me to verify - so I did. Then tired to withdraw again, and declined.
I sent emails which were ignored.
I logged in the next day, my money had gone.
They said the ‘reserved the right’.
So please, I beg you do not sign up to this. It is not part of the gambling commission. It’s literally a scam. This is a genuine review, the 5 star reviews here and clearly fake.

Withdrawal of £644 using IBAN Revolut, am from uk and did go into my bank Sunday today :) withdrawal is about 4-5 business days as they state, weekends don't count as one, was little worried with reviews but happy it's in now

Don't ever use this site. Oh yes they'll take your money but don't try and get any returns back. Excuse after excuse not to give you returns blaming you blaming your bank.

Update. It’s been 8 working days now excluding Friday Saturday Sunday and still nothing . They keep saying it will be with you shortly . 5th of may still nothing

Absolutely horrific. Avoid Avoid Avoid this site. Do not waste your time. They will not pay out either!! I waited 2weeks for my £50 winnings after contacting customer service a number of times. .nothing happened so I cancelled withdrawal and wasted it playing. This site is a complete scam i am currently waiting over a week for them to deposit my winnings of £740 in to my bank, every email and every live chat sessions i get given the same automated reply about delays and other crap. Cannot speak to a real person at all.

I have tried to withdraw £1050 , £500 last Wednesday and £550 yesterday, both still under review and getting absolutely nowhere with it , emailing constantly with just automated emails, threatening them with legal action now, absolutely avoid at all costs , I will keep updating but so far this isn't looking good and put me in such a bad place.

Won't exclude my account despite several requests. Scam site, slots don't pay out like other site. Avoid at all costs, absolutely no communication either..just thieves who shouldn't have a licence

Impossible to make a withdrawal
I found it impossible to withdraw my funds from this site
First I tried to withdraw using the card that I made deposits with. After 3 attempts and several live chat conversations being told my bank refused it I checked with my bank who informed me that they had recieved no payments from this site.
So the customer services said i needed to use the bank transfer option???
Guess what its still pending and I haven't recieved a penny.
So take my advice AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

Hello, my experience with this site was the following: I deposited thousands of pounds in the game, when I made a withdrawal, at 500 pounds they stole 20 pounds from me, because they have a payment system in euros. They said that my bank is to blame, that this is how the conversion is. I played again and I reached 500 pounds, when I hit a game, it says it is in euros, when they convert my 500 pounds I see that it is 578 pounds on their site, that is, for 500 pounds they send me 555 euros, but on the site it is more... and I still have 1700 pounds to withdraw and I am still waiting 12 hours... Don't play, they are scammers

I have already received small payouts (~£6,000), which proves the account is valid — yet they are now blocking the remaining balance.

This is NOT a verification issue — this is a stalling tactic.

I have now:
• Initiated chargebacks via my bank
• Escalated to public complaint platforms
• Begun reporting this behaviour

Used this site for entertainment and had a terrible experience. After a win, the website froze and my balance suddenly dropped to zero.
Customer service was extremely poor. Live chat gave vague responses and claimed the winnings had been “used,” but when I asked for proof or a clear transaction history, nothing was provided. No evidence, no proper explanation.
This felt very untransparent and poorly handled. Instead of resolving the issue, they avoided giving straight answers.
I would not trust this platform and would not recommend it. There are far better, more reliable sites out there.
