Great site. Withdrawals 5days. But no problems. Only down side I've found is not being able to withdraw until you have a hundred pounds in balance.

I have asked them to close my account so many times and they are ignoring it.

You feel abused and taken advantage off

Does anyone know how to report the site for this or how can I get my account closed?

I would strongly advise avoiding Vegas Hero.

It has now been 6 weeks since I won a large sum of money, and my funds are still sitting in my account balance with no payout.

I have submitted all requested KYC documents multiple times and fully complied with every verification request. Despite this, I continue to receive repeated requests for the same documents, with no progress on my withdrawal.

There has been no meaningful communication, and my withdrawal remains blocked.

This appears to be a deliberate stalling tactic to delay or avoid paying out winnings.

I have now been forced to initiate a chargeback through Tide and will be escalating this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities.

I will update this review if the situation is resolved, but based on my experience so far, I would not trust this platform.

Never received a penny of my winnings. Withdrawal request made in Jan.
Fobbed off with b/s excuses.
Bank has stated that no funds have been received from vegashero.
I've asked their account dept to send me dates, times, transfer reference I'd, but they don't....why ? Obviously they have not paid anything into my bank account.
I used IBAN bank reference, makes no difference !!
As for 5 ☆ review left reference jackpot winner... fake, fake, fake.
Avoid like the plague !!!!!

Anyway, the truth is... you can't even press the withdrawal button if you had not wagered all of your deposit.

If you are lucky enough to press the withdrawal button. As most of the other said in here. It takes ages if you are lucky enough to get your money.

I’ve already previously put a 3 star review, this one is a 5 star review. USE YOUR IBAN for withdrawals, not your debit card . 2 days after £90 withdrawal request, money is in my account. Previous request was for £350, that one took a while but I did receive it. 100% honest review. USE IBAN NOT YOUR DEBIT CARD FOR WITHDRAWAL

Sorry that I needto give 1 ☆ Better would be 0 ! Never experienced such a crap online casino. The only positive point : large variety of games futher lots of lies,air and BS and of course no chance to withdraw. Even asking to close the account ... I now contacted a lawyer,all should do this,a lawyer no cure no pay.

Withdrew funds on March 29th that have been "Under review" for 4 days now... The terms state 3 working days but after reading other reviews im not confident.

I sent an email to support today asking how long and if im actually going to receive it which they did respond to almost instantly saying that funds are safe and they know its taking longer than expected.

Will definately update review if funds arrive soon but can only judge on how its gone so far.

If anyone else has been waiting for funds and actually received them could you update here please?

UPDATE:

After sending a few emails today I received confirmation that the withdraw has been completed.

Following someone elses advice it might be best to just email them non stop to get your money lol

I wont be depositing again due to the stress of it all but I didnt get scammed so cannot complain too much

Made a withdrawal last Friday now day 4 of supposed 5 still no helpful or interest in my problem annoying wager system for £190 never use again fed up being told to be patient its my money won fairly

Still very unsure about this site so be very careful
My 1st 3 withdrawals was in my bank within 72 hours but my last withdrawal is still pending after 10 days and when you ask live chat they're programmed to give the exact same response which amounts to blah blah blah

I requested a withdrawal of €90 on 19/03 (Ticket: 47357624). I have provided all the evidence for my Apple Pay and Revolut card, but the status is still "Under Review" after 12 days. Support only gives automated replies. This is unacceptable. I have already started a dispute via Revolut Fraud Department. Pay me now.

I tried to withdraw £200 a week ago still under review cant talk to nobody there live chat is automated.

I am owed £3050 in pending withdrawals . It was £5150 after they lied to me that withdrawals were completed magically £2850 deposited back to my casino account , after waiting for weeks I had to withdraw again …I’m sending an email every day and suddenly after months of playing my account is under review . I have opened a case in resolver too .
This is the worst of the worst casino that anyone can play at ! I will not stop until I get my money .
I hope people read reviews before opening an account …I didn’t and I am now so f***** frustrated and angry !!!! Especially being ignored by these scums !

Games on the site are very good i was very anxious after I withdrawn money having seen the reviews but I've had no issues. withdrew money via IBAN and received 2 days after.

I made a withdrawal on the 22nd March and still waiting, they also won't let me withdrawal anymore until 1 of my withdrawal s are clear.
