I always check the reviews on all casinos, but this time, stupid me didn't check, but they only received $20 CAD, that was good enough once I read the reviews on this Vegas Hero site. Has no one noticed they don't reply to any reviews and as I can see, they have 5 star fake reviews. Not a place I will be playing on, period! Thanks Player's.

Absolute scam of a site! Do not use!!!!
When you deposit it takes random amounts off you even though you deposit the same amount!
Also withdrew £250 they paid me £241 and not the full £250!
The bonuses are rubbish returns!!

Worst casino site ive ever been on avoid at all costs! They take your money but dont pay out been waiting over a week for a withdrawal of £60 yet keep getting fobbed off by help centre same replys everytime do not go anywhere near this site

I play on this site every day had to give them new bank card details today as fraud on my last card but waiting a long time for my withdrawals since 21st February which I think is very unfair when it says 3 to five days I am not happy

I requested self-exclusion on 8th February 2026, but despite this, I was still able to continue playing on 17th February 2026, losing approximately £300.
I have screenshots and emails proving my self-exclusion request was submitted before these losses.
This is a serious breach of responsible gambling standards.
Additionally, the casino’s license is unclear, providing little protection for players.
I hope this warning will help other players avoid similar losses.

Complete scam they paid out one time. Second and third time they never paid out. Been in contact with my vip manager and she s telling me already for 5 months that they are look ing into it. Now they don’t even respond my messages on live chat. E mail or whats up. Don’t play here

Stay clear from this scam site, been waiting for my withdrawal for 3 days still nothing and now won’t let me log in, no reply to emails I sent , not even registered in uk now , just an update, eventually got through to live chat, still no winnings, apparently there’s a delay in payment and have to wait a bit longer, and be patient 😡, already on day 5

I keep receiving multiple spam each day with no idea how to unsubscribe, I have emailed the email address the live chat directs you too to unsubscribe but never get a reply. Twice my withdrawal has been cancelled! Never had a problem with any other casino... Each time I go on the live chat I get the same messages... Absolutely shocking!!

DO NOT USE!!, they said withdrawal declined because my card after withdrawing before on the same card, now they said the last withdrawal had went through 2 weeks later nothing atall!, it was dine via bank/ IBAN phoned bank they said nothing is here, I asked for documentation as proof they couldn't provide it so chances are I am one of them who have been scammed and lost out poor site don't be fooled!..

Why in this day and age any online casino can take 3 days just to process a £110 withdrawal is beyond me... And that's not for it to hit your bank, swerve this casino. Void live chat make me pressurise to spend money, give wrong , falls information, after recognise is something wrong , after first drposit decide withrwal imiditley, nope csnt do need wager and spend money , but i dont vant to play there change mind , cant trust and play there if somone provide cross,information about bonus play . Edit: they confirmed my withdrawals give days ago and it was in my account five days ago. They took about 2-3 weeks to pay out but they did pay out. I would recommend this site.

Vegas hero,in a word sucks. Don't let revue's tell you otherwise. Review's that say Vegas hero is good and had no problems with them are all lies. These comments are written by people who work for Vegas hero. Trust me I've had the experience of being ripped off by these robber's. Don't don't don't get involved please save your money.
