Played the slots put in £100 and won £200 went to withdraw just says pending approval,
Went on live chat got told 4 days so waited 4 days and nothing ,
Tried live chat doesn’t work anymore so
Emailed them several times now just get ignored ,
At this point just think it’s a scam site so going down a different route now .

*AVOID* They are a scam. They do not payout. All deposits run through various sites. I requested my winnings on 16th of January and its still "processing". No answer from numerous emails sent. Live chat is ai its not real. Please listen to all the reviews on here. I wish I read them first before wasting few hundred.

A scam. Luckily enough they only took £20 and I won £60 and didn’t receive that. I was Just about to deposit £500 as I thought that £60 would be on it’d way back and thought let me check the reviews. Obviously didn’t deposit again scum bags

Ehh i think they're scammers because my £500 withdrawal went missing. Like it disappeared from the withdrawal page and they lied about it and tried to blame my bank then me... Don't trust them you'll lose your money. All the 1 Star review's here are right.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!! It’s a scam site I’ve spent thousands on this site (because I’m an addict) and never been able to withdraw funds. I’ve tried to self exclude numerous times and I just get bombarded with texts emails and phone calls trying to persuade me to take crap promotions. Impossible to get away from . You can tell it’s illegal as they still have autoplay. Most definitely the worst site out there.

I am still waiting for my money to be put in my bank and nothing been waiting for ages

Made a withdrawal of 380 pounds via bank transfer. I emailed them about 20 times no reply so I thought the money was a goner. Checked at 1100 this morning and it had been approved. It is now 1315 with the money in my account.

I made 2 withdrawals on the 6th and 8th January of £500 & £600.
After 6 days both withdrawals were processed.
It is now the 22nd Jan and I have still not received a penny.
I have sent a number of emails and used the live chat option but the response is very generic.....we apologise for the delay...we will hand this over to our finance team..etc etc.
I even sent them a screen shot at their request of both transactions...( time, date, individual I'd numbers.
My advice to anyone thinking of playing on this site is to avoid at all costs ! Bunch of low life thieves !
Unfortunately me and many others will never get our winnings and the frustrating thing about it is...we can't do anything about it !

Avoid this casino at all costs. Won £5.5k, tried to withdraw the first 3 sets of £500 (the maximum allowed). After waiting for a full week, all my withdrawal requests were cancelled - they tried to say that I did this myself. Contacted the live chat numerous times - just constant lies and fake promises from AI chat bots. I'm now attempting one singular withdrawal of £500 on the slim chance it makes any difference. I highly doubt I'll ever get a penny of my winnings.

UPDATE: Withdrawal completed a full two weeks later. Seems like they are using delay tactics in the hope that you lose patience and gamble it all away. If you have a big win, hold tight - you will seemingly get your money eventually. Remain patient and don't let them win.

Just don't do it, don't sign up or deposit any money. They let you win at first so it gives you false hope that you can withdraw your funds. Still waiting on mine. Costumer service is AI bot and keeps saying the same thing everytime. Emailed them to cancel my account and they replied right away but when it comes to withdrawal they ghost you. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT DEPOSIT!!!

PS: THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT SO NOW I CANT LOG IN.
