Once I got my earnings it didn’t let me withdraw my cash and just says pending, and I’ve been waiting for a day now and still haven’t received my payment.
This is ridiculous.

Nobody on here seems to get there payment even after the 3-5 business days it says to wait. Please fix this problem and send my withdrawal money.

I initiated my withdrawal on 30/11/2025, and the KYC process was dragged out for more than one and a half months. Today I finally received an email claiming that the withdrawal has been completed. I asked them to provide an official bank confirmation to verify that the payment was actually sent, but instead of giving any proof, they only told me to “wait 3–5 days.”

At this point it is very likely that they will never pay out, because if the transfer had truly been made, they would be able to provide the required banking documents immediately.

My experience strongly suggests that this website is not trustworthy, and players should be extremely cautious.

They rejected my withdrawal three times, claiming the payment provider declined it, but they never provided any proof or ARN/RRN. I do not trust their payout process. They are a joke.

My experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. Despite multiple follow‑ups regarding my withdrawal request, the company has still not taken any action to process it. Each time I enquire, I am informed of ongoing delays, yet no clear timeline or resolution date can be provided. This lack of transparency and failure to deliver a basic service is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the organisation’s reliability and professionalism.

Scam. - avoid at all costs, do not deposit

I feel bad for anyone who signs up for this casino. Back in November, I deposited 700$ via Interac e transfer, lost it all. Deposited another 10k via btc, turned it into 27k. While that was happening I am trying to get my account KYC verified but that seems like impossible to do, every time I give them a document they ask for, it either gets rejected after a week or they ask for another one. At this point I just want my deposit back….

Absolutely terrible site, they don't pay up when you win, they have customer service who you can contact but all they do is fob you off and keep telling you the withdrawal is pending, trust me you never get any of your winnings, steer clear of this site its a con, they just take your money, there's far better gambling sites, this one's a joke

Please do not deposit any funds a deposited over 2.5k eventually winning 10k in coupon done withdrawal had to be 3x£500 withdrawals 6 days later receivers funds.

Done another withdrawal 3x£500 14 days ago and same old excuses happy to take your deposits but don’t want to pay a was shocked actually got fist withdrawals due to amount reviews still not received my withdraw funds think they want you to just lose your balance so it’s 100 percent profit.

So, i won £1000. 3 months ago. I withdrew in 2 lots of £500. One of the withdrawels failed and they paid it back into my playable balance. The other £500 disappeared. I sent the evidence i hadn't recived it 4 times. Each time they kept telling me the evidence want attached to the emails. Today I decided to check the account, and they had finally paid the lost £500 back into playable balance. However, when I went to withdraw it there was a notification telling me that the whole amount had to be wagered and I wasn't allowed to withdraw it. Forcing me to spend it on there site. So I went on a game i play on 2 other sites that normally hot a bonus every 20 to 50 spins, sometime sooner. But vegas hero has obviously rigged the games on my account as I was doing 50pence spins. £500 worth at 50 makes 1000 spins. Not one bonus game put of 1000 spins, and only very very small wins every 30 or so spins. Nothing for at least 30 spins then win £1. I wouldnt reccomend this casino to any one. They will happily take your money but will not pay any winnings. I understand that its gambling and im not guaranteed to win everytime but not even activating a bonus round even if its a small win says to me they rig games or accounts so they cant win. Customer care is useless, and they lie. They told me my complaint was with the relevant department so I asked what the relevant department was called. The reply was its called the relevant department. In other words its still with the same people im taking to and there is no other department. But they use that to pass the buck to someone else and to get rid of you off the chat. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

I know there are a lot of bad reviews about this site, and they are slow with withdrawel but having said that I have recently won £3800 an I have received all my winnings. I can with draw £800 maximum 3 withdrawels pending at one time & it has been slow id say just over a week too receive all my winnings but iv had no issues. I’m uk based. So only giving 4 stars due too slow withdrawel times.

Have won 6.5k and after many withdrawal attempts im yet to receive a single penny. Live chat is ai generated bots and you can never get any answers. No response to emails. You can only withdraw upto 500 at any one time and 3 withdrawal requests at once. Had 3 approved 5 days ago and have still not received to money to my account. Been back on live chat and they cant help but say its been paid. I havent received a single penny although they say its been sent. They cant provide any proof of payment either. Stay away from these scamming low life's. They'll happily take your money instantly but when you win and try to collect they'll do everything in their power not to give you it.

Stay clear everyone!!! This site is a scam! You can deposit up to X amount but if you want to withdraw then your in for A WORLD OF DISMAY!!!!! The live chat guys are all made up with fake pictures (all they do is copy & paste policy’s). They always blame they have a long queue of withdrawals to deal with but your money is safe with us and it will be with you as soon as finance department process it “LIES LIES LIES”. You talk to the the support team via email & they say the complete same. If you cancel your withdrawal then and only then they will email you quicker to let you know if you cancel your withdrawal it will start all over again!!!! Mark my words, stay clear!!!!
