Honestly so far so good. Don’t believe everything you read here. I’ve deposited plenty and received 2 withdrawals within 48hrs with no hassle. I’m now waiting on two more withdrawals. The biggest ones so far so we will see. But so far very good experience. Support is good. Great range of games and bonuses available. Assuming my next withdrawals come in soon as nearing the 48hrs mark then I’ve nothing bad to say about them

I was waiting for withdrawal for 5 days it’s saying 5 steps until I get pay but after 5 days I was still on step one ..I had 1500 to withdraw and I couldn’t do straight away I had to do it 500 every 24 hours .. on the end I start nervous and I lost everything because I thought anyway scam ..bad experience and not recommend it to play

Won money 5 days ago. Kept speaking to some automated bot. Eveytime its processing. Then its please give us 3 days. You can cancel and put money straight back in but takes forever to claim winnings. Woke up this morning and the winnings are in my bank. Shocked.... that being said I wouldnt use them again. Hit and run small deposit and decent win. Thanks Vegas. Much love ❤️

I did a review other week because i got my withdrawal in about 40 hrs,i have took another one out at 3.20am in tuesday and its landed in my account,this time it took about 48 hours to hit my bank,thats me puting back on my card and not bank transfer,i do not work for this casino and its 100% genuine reviews, only gripe is i deposited £35 on 4th december,its left my bank but casino cant find it,i am still waiting on them to get back to me

I believe this is one of what they call a scamming site I have made a couple of small deposits because im intrigued to see if it is, because the wagering so high i've done small deposits and this time i've actually managed to beat one so have been waiting just for a £100 withdrawal for 3 days. I can't believe they take the money out of your account instantly but takes a while to withdraw which I still haven't after 3 days. I never expect to win money from any site as I have spent lots on many sites but the RTP on here is none existent. The reviews that say they have won on here I believe are fake and the reply to this review will be generic. If I get my measly £100 back I will put in my review

This is a message to all who have reviewed vegas hero!
I got my withdrawal eventually, they tried to pay it to my bank account that I deposited with via Apple Pay, that bank is a Mastercard and I found out via a review on here (made by Sammy) that vegas hero can only pay monies owed via bank transfer! You need to select bank transfer via the withdrawal options, it will then ask for the name of your bank, your name and you will need the IBAN number, that you will find somewhere in your online banking app! I did this and got my money yesterday (2 days after I withdrew it on the vegas hero app) I was absolutely shocked! You all need to do this! Why vegas hero doesn’t tell customers about this is beyond me!
Also, why Sammy removed the review telling others about this is beyond me! So glad I saw that review before it disappeared! It works! Good luck guys! If I could add a picture on here, I would upload a screenshot of the actual payment into my account! It was sent by Pluspay Ltd 👍🏻

I've been waiting for 6 days and counting for my withdrawal to be processed. All customer services are AI generated answers with nothing being done in the meantime.
Don't waste your time and money with this online casino as is a scamming operation.
I genuinely doubt that I'll ever see those money in my bank account. Have anyone successfully withdrawal from them? And how long it actually took?

If you pay the money in they go out instantly without any hassle. However if you win any amount than is no way to get back. Now I have 12 days awaiting and every day chating with the help team that is actually a random name generator that is dus nothing. Pls do not waste your time. I am right now trying to promote this every where so less people get scammed.
