Brilliant website and great array of games availible to play, only disappointing part of this is I’m now waiting 7 days for a withdrawal due to a high volume of requests apparently. Promise me I’ll get my money but not sure. To be fair I withdrew here before and took 5 working days to get my money even tho they insist it’s 3 working days

People are complaining about the withdrawal times due to the amount of withdrawals they have to process, because here you actually win. I withdrew £1500 and it took around five days. The supports polite and they only answer with AI for repetitive questions. I will definitely continue playing here it’s a safe site with fair play. Thank you for the withdrawal

Would give no stars if I could. Someone needs to investigate this scam casino. Gives you the first withdrawal to make them look like they are not scammers. I withdrew 3x£500 withdrawals since and still sat with no progress and still have £2k in my balance that I can’t withdraw yet. Keep getting same automated messages. How can these be reported if no licence and they are getting away with keeping peoples money!! Same automated messages sent back on live chat and email. Absolute scammers how are they getting away with doing it to a lot of people. Will update if I ever receive my withdrawals.

I had no issues with this site my money went in my account after 3 days of playing,the only downside is they take about£10 off you but I think that's the transaction fee,plus when you deposit it takes a transaction fee too,but its not mega bucks,some great games in here,ignore all the other reviews this site is good to to go!!!

Thought it was a good site paid out no problem but now all of a sudden when a win a bigger amount it’s been pending for 4 days no one in chat is helping I feel i have been scammed of my money which isn’t fair

Stay away from this casino! They don't honour their promotions. Twice I deposited with two seperate bonuses and didn't receive either. Then I was told they couldn't give me the bonuses because I should have contacted live chat for a deposit bonus even though they have a promo page...

This appears to be a good casino site with a wide selection of games.

Unfortunately, they do not pay out winnings so none of that matters.

I have allowed 14 days of being told my withdrawal is still processing, that my account is fully verified, and that they are doing their best.

I would recommend you do not use this site if you expect them to pay out when you win. It doesn't appear that this will happen.

At first i was impressed by the generous Welcome Bonus offer and even winning 600€ with it.

But now 2 weeks after i tried to withdraw the money, its stil not processed.

Every 2 days i contact the support and i always got told that my withdrawal is in que and will be very soon processed,
Yesterday they told me the classic "we have technical issue" excuse but assured me that it will get prioritised.

But stil nothing processed.. as its now 2 weeks ago that i tried to do a simple withdrawal im now feeling that they are doing it on purpose.

The fact that they are using templates while talking to me explaining the technical issue and queque problems for 3 weeks says it all.
Luckly im registered with a referal link so in the end im sure i will receive the funds - but if you are expecting to receive winnings within 2 weeks - DONT DEPOSIT HERE! It will take more than 15 days as it is now.
So just for you to remember - i won 600 and they are acting like this, so i dont want to know how it goes if you win even more

Vegas hero is an enjoyable site great games. I win £3800 first time playing wow over the moon with Xmas coming funeral to arrange, however I made first withdrawals on 5/6 Oct £1500 could not Withdrawl further till these processed as you have max of 3 withdrawal processing and only £500 every 24 hours all seemed great, it’s now the 15th of October, not been processed yet. Reason high volume of withdrawals? In today’s day and age with the withdrawal systems WHAT? Anyway I reversed £500 so just £1000 to process and blew the other £2300
