Kimberley Griffiths, 25, from Withernsea, says Malta-based betting website LuckyVegas.com said her account "wasn't secure enough" and they wouldn't pay out her winnings

The mum-of-three from Withernsea, Hull, had started planning a trip to CBeebies Land at Alton Towers for her three young kids, Hull Live reports.

But her dreams were shattered when she was told the next day by LuckyVegas.com that her account "wasn't secure enough" and they wouldn't pay out her winnings.

By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Whilst I would have given 5 stars for…

Whilst I would have given 5 stars for my in game experience...the customer service is shocking I am still waiting to be verified and during the ‘waiting period’ have lost a fair few pounds from my winnings :-( I have submitted multiple I’d check, tried to get an online agent ( no joy) and even emailed but no response in over FOUR DAYS!!!! truly shocking and I am staring to wonder if it’s a deliberate act due to my balance?

Scam alert

Good Live Casino Product.

I'm enjoying playing Live Casino on the site at the moment most other sites that I use now use Evolution Gaming tables, which I do find more stable. Every now and again you get disconnected, and have to finish the Game in RNG, which I absolutely hate doing, I know my internet connection is stable I am not moving around although it will happen a few times in one night. However I like being able to play EU blackjack, which you feel that your decision can change the outcome more as the face down card is not pulled until the last hand. A few more dedicated tables during busy times would also be good. I'm too new to comment on customer service or promotions, however the overall design of the site is ok. It would be nice to be able to top up without leaving the seat on the table on mobile. and talking of topping up, fees for using a debit card? I thought that died out years ago, You're a casino if your scraping around for additional revenue stream from deposits something is wrong! I am sure you would put off many customers with this antiquated hidden fee, remove it get more happy customers and their for more gaming revenue. You are welcome! :-)

It was a great experience using vegas luck. The website is great and their customer service is excellent. They also have excellent promotions although for reasons unknown to me they said I am no longer eligible for their promotions. All-round great company, I recommend them 100%
