Please please please avoid this site like the absolute plague. As a longtime casino player, I gave this site a try. They are quick to take funds and then request verification which I have no issue with. But each time you submit what they ask for in full they request another document, so you submit and wait another 24 hours, then they request another, which you submit and wait another 24 hours, then they request another but as the file download isn’t in the format they require as your bank doesn’t support the information request in the specific format they want they refuse to verify you. Even though they have your passport, bank statement, image of the front and back of your deposit method. Honestly I love playing online but the whole joy of winning is quickly removed when they refuse to verify you based on information they only requested on the third request! Completely unethical and not a pleasant experience. You can’t speak to anyone, online chat can’t help, emails only responded to every 24 hours and no level of service or loyalty to customers
Update- another 24 hours and still no resolution despite providing even more documentation. Complaint logged with the ombudsman and trading standards. No response from vegas scams
Additional update: after another 24 hours, they are now requesting an additional bank statement even though they requested a pdf download of my transactions to them which was provided 48 hours ago. My bank didn’t support the format requested by them and I had to obtain this by pleading with my bank which was humiliating. I submitted this in the format they specifically requested it in but this now isn’t good enough, even though it is exactly what they requested. So they want my official bank statement which is not issued until the 1st of the month.
For a bit more context, I originally desposited around £700 in a day and eventually accumulated wins of £2500. On the basis of my winnings I continued to deposit as I could afford to (with what I had won). However, as they are not paying me what I won I couldn’t afford to lose £2500 without the winnings and I am now almost £3k out of pocket which is now causing me hardship. Anyone that gambles knows the aim isn’t the win it is the dopamine of playing so I deposit what I win as it is my hobby. It isn’t a hobby when you are £3k out of pocket due to them scamming you.
I have sought Legal advice now as this is cruel and inhumane and the gambling control commission have advised everything I provided on the 1st request was enough to verify and they cannot see any legal justification for requesting the additional information every 24 hours.
Further update. My account is blocked after telling them how unwell they had made me and asking them to explain each document request, the purpose of the request and why what they had already requested wasn’t sufficient. A manager called me as I stated my mental health was suffering as a result and he said he would ask if last months statement was enough but that would have to be on Monday, and if it wasn’t enough I would have to submit it when I received it on 1st November (with no guarantee they wouldn’t ask for anything else after that which has been the pattern)
To clarify, they have not answered any questions asked of them in relation to why they had requested each document type and why they continued to request more every 24hours instead of in one request, nor have they explained why what I have submitted at their request to date is not enough. They have no empathy at all, so as it stands I haven’t actually won anything and I am significantly out of pocket with no guarantee of when I will get my funds and no way of contacting them outside of emails which are only answered every 24-72 hours.
I sought Legal advise, logged formal complaints and to date I have been advised that everything I have provided should be more than sufficient and from my own research these are common tactics (the next they ask for a selfie to further humiliate you which I am anticipating will happen) to tip you over the edge and lose your fight due to the strain it puts you under. I aim to ensure that this company is closed down

I note many many people have issues with this site and Broadway Gaming sister sites in general.

Deserves no stars. Please avoid this site. I’ve been trying to verify my account for 2 months! Every piece of identity I send they reject. I deposited £10 won £80. Since then my account has been blocked and they never respond to emails. I feel they take your first deposit and then won’t verify their account. Emails all ignored. Very bad customer service and do not make you feel a valued customer.
