I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site at all just waiting on my withdrawal to be processed which in transactions states that it will be processed within 1 business day, been almost 2 and still heard nothing. I have tried to use the chat to ask but won’t let me through.

I've been on this site for a few years and never had a problem. Until now! I withdrew £700 on Thursday 20/4/23. I've still not received my money. On the 21/4/23 they asked for verification or my account will be suspended. I sent an email with a clear picture of my driving license and got no response. I phoned customer support, they said the picture was blurry which it wasn't. I sent another email with a different picture. I've still had no reply from Vegas Spins.
Still haven't received my money and now they have suspended my account.

So, from 1/02/2023 I have requested withdrawal and still don't have my withdrawal.
I have sent all the documents requested, I have received a lot of emails with the answer " we will contact you in 72 hours" my account with Vegas spin was blocked, I was put in self exclusion mode without my permission or without I have requested these mode, my emails was blocked just to not receive my withdrawal.
I get some health problems because of you.
I hade enough of these, I have contacted eCOGRA and i will dispute.
My solicitor it's on as well.
So it past nearly 3 months from the date of my withdrawal.
These is like a robbery guys.
I have paid my deposits and when I have win some money and make withdrawal request, I can't receive them and no-one explain me what is the problem.
And most of all, someone put me in self exclusion mode without my permission. These is under the law. And i will chase you until the end. If I don't receive my money until next week, I will take you to the court.

Multiple emails sent and live chats with this so-called regulated company. No one is willing or able to tell me when a legitimate withdrawal will take place. Like so many others with bad experiences dealing with this company, they are perfectly happy to take our money but as soon as you win, they shut up shop. Every verification request has been fulfilled to the letter. Their stalling tactics seem to be amongst others, telling you ID is blurry, or not quite exactly perfect, when a different agent has said it's perfectly fine. Had to upload ID for account verification four separate times now. Finally explained to someone in the support team that I am severely disabled and have had far better service in real world casinos than I've had at online ones. A few days later they totally blocked my account. Am very distressed at the whole experience. It makes me sick to my stomach I ever signed up to their site.

Doesn't pay out anything like other well know trusted sites. This site just takes takes takes. Well written algorithm for vegasspinns but not for the customer rigged to loose

I’ve been a customer for years 4 days ago I added a new card they too the deposit ok but when I won £100 they put it through to the wrong card .I keep telling them it’s the new number but they ignore me start talking & cut me off I can’t get anywhere I know all about guidelines & whatnot, but nothing has warranted this just that they will not take note of the new number..all these years I’ll never go back.
