I had read the reviews, and decided I'll just see for myself, I had a small win, theres no email confirmation of withdrawal request as other sites do, nobody is available on live chat, and I've had no replies to my email enquiries, alot of other sites payout super fast, and if not, it does help to have reliable and prompt communication with your customers. I don't like to wrote negative reviews, as on a whole I found the games selection etc really good.

I have given this site the benefit of the doubt. I played on 26 April 2022 and have a small win waiting to be paid out. This has not even been looked at yet by the site and after 48 hours no progress. The site is jerky and error messages constantly pop up. I just want them to pay out my winnings asap as this is a valid win. Other sites I play send the money within 2 hours!!!!

Disgusting payout times, every other place pays you within 24 hours, most instant. These have been holding on to money withdrawn for over 5 days now and when I've got in touch apparently they don't count weekends?! Avoid if you want your winnings any time soon

Second time reviewing. The company do not seem to have listened to their clients. I have had another small win and still not processed. If other companies can process winnings there is no justifiable reason why they cannot.
