I have pending withdrawals of about €200 and all of a sudden I was logged out of my account and unable to log back in, can someone get in contact with me ASAP and tell me why this is??? I need to get in contact immediately to receive my withdrawals

Zero way to contact them. I keep getting their junk mail to my address, despite NEVER using their site myself. I assume the person who lived here before me did, but as I have no way to contact them either I will never know. I can't find anyone to speak to so I can get them to stop sending me their junk. Can someone please reply to this with contact info so I can stop recieving so much junk mail!!!

Edit: Despite sending an email to them using the address they replied with, I have yet to have an email response back. Very poor service.

Edit 2: Despite their other reply saying the relevant team has reached out to me, I have genuinely received NOTHING. No reply to my email at all. They clearly don't take customer service very seriously. 2 days later, and two emails sent to them, and I haven't had a reply at all. There is nothing in any of my inboxes, including spam.

May I please have a phone number to call instead, as I am uncomfortable giving away my address to a team that does not reply.

This is only to make money for the casino. I was spending a lot of money here and never had a chance to win. Bonus is only to trigger you to spend more money. You will never win with bonus money as once you close to wager requirements it will make you loose everything. This is the worst casino I came across. It’s not worth to spend even £1 on this website. A casino that cares. Last year I had the amazing Matt as my account manager. Ended up with a Christmas Hamper and Amazon vouchers that made my work colleagues jealous. I remember winning the Jackpot on the Nightmare on Elm Street slot and lots of money on 88 Fortunes. I do find it funny speaking to the customer services with their American accents, but every time they were sweet and understanding.
