Excellent Customer Service
I had to order extra parts for my veggie pod but one product wasn’t showing in the shop.
I was immediately contacted and an order was made for the parts I wanted. There was then a problem which would have delayed my order. Without hesitation I was sent an email saying the parts would be sent immediately without any charge for parts or postage. Excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Vegepod enough.
