Great blinds
Great blinds - fit very well. A mistake was made with the order (missing additional suction cups), but they couriered out them as soon as I let them know.
Would use again - the blinds are super-thick and keep the light out :)

Extremely pleased
Extremely pleased with the service and quality of the product I received.
When my order arrived the extra parts I ordered were missing so I contacted the company about this and also asked to check the dimensions of some of the blinds as they were abit small for my aftermarket windows, but they did the job.
They responded by offering to make up new blinds to my dimensions and send them out with the missing parts.

This was ordered on Sunday 07th March along with a 5 day dispatch and we dispatched it on Monday 08th March along with tracking information. Since receiving this review I looked in to why you hadn't received it yet and it is due to the fact the address has been entered incorrectly. This is simply not our fault so certainly doesn't warrant a 1 star review. We sent it well within the 5 day dispatch timeframe and you would have received it on Tuesday 09th March if the delivery address was entered correctly.

Excellent thermal blinds
My blinds feel really good quality and fit perfect in the camper van. Haven’t tried my pop top roof wrap yet due to the weather, but their quality is excellent too. You can pick your colour and also have them reversible, so keeps you warm in the winter and also cool in the summer. Highly recommend.

Zero service
You've had FOUR years to prepare for Brexit and adjust your pricing accordingly, but it's still the customer who has to pay an additional 17.91 € for import duties on top of the already excessive 34.20 € for shipping three pieces of cloth. The very least you could do is to warn your customers that your pricing doesn't include custom taxes BEFORE you take their order/money! What a joke, except that I'm definitely not laughing! And if that wasn't ridiculous enough, DPD somehow managed to invent a non-existent delivery address. That should be YOUR problem to fix since DPD is YOUR choice of transporter and I obviously provided the correct shipping address!
