I have never been in a car accident where it was in anyway my fault, so this was a new experience for me and I am not a really young person, I just try to drive safely. I was on a bridge and had no where to go but to hit an object in the road that did more damage to my car than I would ever dream that it would do. I had a brand new car that was only four months old and this was going to me my last car that I was going to buy before I retire and I wanted it fixed correctly and just to get to bring my car home. After getting about three weeks of run around from my insurance company and being told that I did not have a choice as to what the outcome would be for my car, I was given the name of Robert McDorman to hire to help me get this claim settled with me having a voice in the final decision. Mr. McDorman took so much stress off of me so that I was able to go to work and do my job and felt very confident that Mr. McDorman was busy fighting to get my claim handled correctly. If I had not had Mr. McDorman's help, I would still not have a rental car and my car would have been deemed a total loss and basically I would have thrown $6,000.00 in the trash can. He Kept his word to me and he fought for me till he got me everything done for me that I requested to be done. He is a very professional and a great man to work with and he totally turned a terrible situation into a great ending. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with dealing with help fighting with an insurance company. Mr. McDorman is great.

Robert McDorman is the real deal!! My vehicle was caught in the very first Hail Storm that hit the DFW area and originally it was going to be fixed at the Body Shop I selected, but it ended up being totaled by Progressive once they identified extra work was needed. They stated they would give me $13,444 and some change for my 2007 GX470 that had 122K for mileage. When researching it looked as though that was not a fair value for my vehicle. I got with Robert and he was on the case right away, he walked me through what he was going to be doing step by step and basically all I had to do was contact the Insurance Company and let them know I was invoking my Appraisal Clause. Robert put everything together for me and at the end the insurance company came back to me with a new amount of $17,900 which was over $4,000.00 more. Robert is a true professional and I would highly recommend that anyone going through this with their insurance company, contact Robert right away and it will be one of the easiest process that you go through with him leading the way. Robert thanks again for everything you did and will do for future clients!!!

Robert has worked wonders for me. Geico offered me 9700 for my truck which was in perfect condition. As soon as I told them I hired robert the bumped it up a $100 as if that was any better. The pay off on my truck was $8700 which would only lead me with a $1000. Robert appraised it at $12900 and the adjuster settled for $11900. $2000 more than what they offered me. Leaving me with $3200 in my pocket. I actually made a profit. And his fee is so cheap it's unreal. If it wasn't for him it would be hard for me financially. I will refer anyone who totals a vehicle to him. He was professional through the whole process and stayed on them to get it done.Don't even hesitate just call him.

I contacted Robert with out any expectation that he could do anything about getting me any more money for my vehicle that was totaled by the insurance company. During the process it was pledentvtslking to Robert over the phone. I emailed everything I had to him and he told me quickly that the insurance company was not offering enough. He sent the information to progressive insurance on my behalf and immediately Progressive got defensive trying to deny my right to have it re appraised and trying to get me to sight title over to them before having a third party review. Robert took care of that with a letter to progresdive. Do to make my long story shorter Robert was able to make a settlement with Progressive for 2000.00 more than they were offering and even with his fee It was over 1500.00 more than I would have had. I recommend highly using Robert. I understand it does not matter where you live in the United States Robert can handle your claim., Ken and Cheryl Young

Our son had a wreck in September in our dump truck. The wreck was not his fault. You think you are doing the right thing when you pay your insurance bill every month but have a wreck and they act like they don't even know who you are. The other insurance company was putting pressure on us to settle on their terms. We did not agree with the choices they were offering. So we get a lawyer to look at our case and when they realize that there is not any personal injury they determine that they can't help us. At this time we have been leasing a truck for several weeks because this is how we make a living. We finally decide we will go ahead and fix the truck with our own money. The man at the body shop tells us about Mr. Robert McDorman at Vehicle Value Experts. We sent him all of our information and he agreed to look at our case. This was either late December or early January. By mid February he had settled our claim. He got our money back for leasing a truck, diminished value of the truck, and our truck still has a clear title and not a salvaged one. There are so many things I don't understand about insurance and how it works but this man knows what he is doing. We not only settled our claim but we feel like we gained a friend. We would use him again and we would certainly recommend him to anyone.

In just a matter of minutes, I found myself in my first motor vehicle collision--which hopefully, will be my last--and in pressing need of guidance through the Insurance claims process. No sooner had my vehicle been brought into the collision repair shop, while recovering from a horrible concussion, that my Insurance company offered me a payout with an insultingly low value for my totaled out limited edition 2014 Scion FRS. Soon to be deprived of my rental car and any transportation, I felt pressured to accept the low offer. If it weren't for the referral of my collision repair shop, Barrett Collision in Abilene, TX, to consult Vehicle Valuation Experts I probably never would have known it was possible to invoke a third party appraisal clause in my policy--and most certainly never would have received the extra $2,000 on top of what my Insurance company offered me based on their improper valuation produced by their own inexperienced appraiser. I was fortunate that Vehicle Valuation Experts were not as inexperienced--and that my collision--was not the only collision they had helped a client through. My Expert Robert worked through the process on my behalf and acted with incomparable grace and patience despite the unfortunate inconsiderate attitude of my Insurance company's third party appraiser. Robert even helped me pick out my next car--and get the best price for it! If it ever befalls upon me to find myself part of another motor vehicle collision, I will without question hire Vehicle Valuation Experts again--and would strongly urge anyone else to do so!

I'm 49 yrs old and have never heard of Loss of Value claims; this process was new to me and I had no idea how to proceed. I was referred to Mr. Robert L McDorman and I have not been disappointed. He has answered my every question honestly and I ask a lot of questions. Any concerns I had he immediately supplied me with details I could easily understand. All I had to do was supply him the information and he did all the work. He was courteous and professional at all times and always kept me updated on my claim.
