I have nothing but praise for the treatment I have received at the Veincentre in Chester.
Dr Kristhnan is professional, friendly and approachable and inspires confidence in his clients and has done an remarkable job treating the vericose veins in my leg.
The two nurses I have met Joanne and Michelle have also been wonderful
making me feel relaxed and at ease and supporting Dr Krishnan as required.
All the staff are a credit to the company and help to make it the excellent experience it has been.
I am very glad that I chose the Veincentre and would recommend it one hundred percent.

Very friendly and professional personnel. Everything was explained in detail and I also had knowledge of the pro and cons of the two procedures I had. My questions were answered and nothing was rushed.

Such a positive experience. I had EVLA and foam sclerotherapy for my ugly lumpy veins, my second treatment of foam today. The team at Chester are exceptional, so warm, caring and skilled. Everything was clearly explained and I felt so well looked after throughout the treatment. My 67 year old legs look amazing now, should have done this years ago so absolutely delighted .

The team at VeinCente, Chester were very welcoming and efficient. My consultant explained everything thoroughly and the procedure on my legs went well. The initial procedure was done in April with a follow up in May when additional work was carried out. I’m really pleased with the result and glad I made the decision to go to VeinCenre. Highly recommended.

Vein centre Chester was recommended by a friend, I’ve been putting off doing something about my varicose veins for years. So glad I finally went for it, the laser treatment was a little uncomfortable but it didn’t last. I’ve now had the follow up foam treatment, & I’m really pleased with the results. I hadn’t realised how ‘heavy’ my legs had felt before, they feel a lot lighter now. I had one really bad vein in my left calf, that completely disappeared after the first treatment, it’s amazing.

The whole team are so relaxed & friendly, yet professional & I felt completely safe & well cared for. I was impressed to receive a follow up phone call during the first week after treatment just checking if I was ok. So I thank Michelle at Reception for putting me at ease, Diana the nurse was lovely, so friendly and helped keep me calm during the procedure, & Dr Ananth Krishnan, who explained everything very clearly, and his caring approach. I think I may need a 3rd visit later in the year & will have no hesitation at all in going back. One piece if advice, if you want vein clear legs for the summer go to Vein centre in the winter, it can take a few months for bruises etc to fade.

From my initial phone call to my final follow-up, the entire experience of having my varicose veins treated was nothing short of exceptional. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness I received from every member of the team made all the difference.

The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient—setting the tone for the entire process. The vascular nurse showed such compassion and made sure I felt informed and comfortable at every stage.

Receptionist lovely and friendly. Dr Krishnan is the best. Like an old friend.
He makes you feel so at ease and and talks you through everything. Drawing pictures explains everything so you know exactly what to expect and how many appointments you may need. Nurses are so lovely too. I had 3 appointments altogether.

I had a vein done up the back of my left calf to above the knee, the whole experience was great with Dr Krishnan & Diana ,Michelle from the consultation that was so well explained to the procedure during which they played some very loud AC/DC ,that helped the experience to be even more pleasant, I’ve just been for my six week check up & scan which Dr Krishnan was very happy with… he did a few small blue veins on my ankles for good measure .. I carnt thank the team enough for making me feel confident in myself again & really looking forward picking up my running training again.

Extremely happy with everything from start very professional explanation from Dr Ananth Krishnan in Knutsford then onto Chester for proceedure. I had a ‘ full house ‘ of veins needing laser & follow up with foam/more injections 6 weeks later. Right away the results were stunning & I had always been put off by possible recovery time, proceedure itself & cost. The pain was pretty bad for around 1 week afterwards but managed with over the counter painkillers & looking back it was worth it! Communication from phone calls afterwards to check up on you plus emails along the way with reminders all felt like I was in the best hands. The nurse ( i forget her name ) was extremely caring & interested in my well being & im actually quite sad that it’s now come to an end as this was a massive thing in my life that I had hidden away from for all my adult life. It is walk in walk out & as explained to me I had all the possible veins treated the maximum anyone would ever need. The cost is significant altogether £2500-£3000 but I am lucky that I could manage to afford it & tbh all
the other things in life we all waste money on if you really think about it for the confidence & well being mentally it was worth every penny. Thankyou all so much for helping me & book with confidence you really are using the best possible people. Best Wishes, Alan.

I attended the Chester vein clinic and have been very happy with my treatment. Dr. Ananth Krishnan is professional and friendly putting me at ease during the procedure by chatting to me along with the nurse Diana who is also lovely. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone thinking about having treatment.

My inital consultation was very informal and the staff put you at ease from the start Everything was done in a friendly manner and the consultant fully explained the treatments and other information very clearly. I was able to book my treatment appointment within 4 weeks of my consultation which was great

Pain free and it’s worked

I was recently treated for varicose veins at the Dodleston, Chester clinic. The staff, which includes receptionist, Michelle, were so friendly and easy to talk to which is half the battle. My treatment was carried out by Dr. Ananth Krishnan, a very charming, smiley man and his nurse, Diana who was lovely.
My treatment went extremely well and I’m happy to say that after my follow up appointment everything is fine and I am more than pleased with the results.
I would, and have, recommended this clinic to my friends.
