A bonnet that stays on.

I didn't have high expectations for this bonnet, since my head doesn't particularly care for bonnets or headbands. They always slip off. I've tried other bonnets, and truly doesn't compare. These bonnets stay on all night and are lightweight and comfortable. Glad I splurged a little.

The communication between the owner and myself was so good. So, if you need customer service or have questions, she's awesome. The caps are beautiful. A beautiful, soft, double ply satiny fabric that secured my long, wavy, fine hair beautifully. No more knotty bedhead. I highly recommend these for all sorts of styles of hair!

Scam company! Never received original order and was told they would ship out new ones and still never received the “2nd shipment”! Horrible business practices and horrible customer service…no follow up! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never received item. Company offered me a 30% refund for a product that is “in transit”. Y’all this package has been in transit for a month. I might not be the brightest but if your package has not moved from one warehouse then it’s probably not coming. Don’t waste your money! Find another company that values their customers and the money their customers spend.

I ordered 3 and have yet to receive my order. I will order from CCMINK from now on. This is a scam. CCMINK is a far better product and they are made in the USA.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered 3 bonnets at the beginning of December 2024 and still have not received my order. I’ve sent a refund request multiple times and keep getting the run around saying they want to make it right and nothing happens. This is a scam!

This has been a horrible experience and looking more like I fell for a scam. I placed my order back in November, and it's been 2 months, and I still haven't received my order. The customer service "says" they want to make it right---they offer a full refund or a replacement order---and still nothing happens. Their tracking website is a joke. Don't fall for this scam...there's no phone number to call only an email address.

I just want my money back. Pretty sure this is a scam and I am pissed! More at myself for falling for it. Now can’t get a response from the freaking company. Again just want my money back.

No response from customer support. After 3 attempts, cant track my order. Address says Oklahoma, but shipped from China!

i ordered my bonnet jan 2 2025 and i haven't received anything a tracking number or order number or my bonnet and today is jan 11 2025 unacceptable i don't recommend and i am going to figure out how to get my money back i also feel this is a scam i am going to get help with this

Very unhappy, I ordered 6 banquets for my granddaughter and I back on December 29, 2025 said shipment with 24 hrs here it's January 10,2025 and still no updates on a shipment..
I feel it's a Scam..

This company is a scam! Do not order from them. You will receiving shipping information but never your product. Total scam!

I ordered a silk hair bonnet for a gift over a month ago. It says it was shipped immediately. The tracking isn’t real tracking. It says it’s still expected on time, yet gives on expectation date for that on time delivery. I have yet to receive anything. I will be shocked if I ever get anything from them. The positive reviews on this website seem suspiciously similar and vague. I would stay away from this company.

I ordered on 11/16/2024 order confirmed. I emailed them twice and stated on way. When I tracked my package it said it will not be delivered because of unpaid postage. Contacted Velanico and said I should pay the postage and they would reimburse me????? Sure….that sounds legit🤦🏼‍♀️ I just asked for a refund and it is 1/2/2025 and still nothing. Total scam, do not purchase!!!!!

I purchased a bonnet for myself, no problem. I decided to get one for my kids for Christmas gifts, so purchased a few on Nov. 17, 2024. I have yet to receive them. All my tracking stopped on Dec. 5 (and I noticed they come from China). When I reached out to inquire about my order, they responded and said it’s on its way. It’s Jan. 1, 2025, and I still don’t have my order. I’ve been told twice my request for a new order has been sent to their team and they will let me know when they respond…. Don’t waste your money, order elsewhere.

Update: 1/2/25 they agreed to give a full refund.

Satisfaction or money back guarantee is a farce - they offer 50% back and for me to keep the product. (My head seems to be too small for the bonnet to stay on, regardless of how tight I tie the bow.) They did say I could tell them what return option I wanted. But I was not given options to choose from. Googled the “Gathers Fottys” name and the address listed on the return address - it’s a seemingly bogus company listed in Chicago and a return address of a single family home in Grapevine, TX. WTH?!? Will be calling my credit card company. Buyer beware. (Item took 27 days to receive from date of order).

Order never received its been 3 weeks and the tracking number gives info in another language scam!

It’s been over a month and I have not received anything. Bogus tracking info. Now they want me to pay even more shipping, no way. Scam company!!

They have emailed me saying they were going to ship out a replacement, since I have never received mine. Claimed they could get it to me quickly. All lies. They have done nothing.

Don’t bother with this company. Amazon sells real silk bonnets that stay in place all night and it takes less than a week for shipping (with prime)
