Faster mobility scooter

The scooter arrived earlier than expected. Luca the delivery driver arrived exactly at time stated and was very polite and informative ,he was so helpful and answered all my queries. Luca was excellent at his job,the company was excellent from start to finish, including customer service.highly rated

all glitz and no backup beware

the bike looks very good delivery was smooth and they explained well but was surprised for a company which said they UK to find they are polish was surprised .the bike was good to start with my husband a disabled veteran was pleased with the idea of being able to get out in the local countryside .But that didnt last long it broke down and had to be pushed home where we followed troubleshooter but no luck and customer service is nonexsitant one engineer and not in your country till end of month even had us sent a video to remote assess it then asked us if we would fit parts to see if it worked very bad once they got your money they dont care and no way to complain as they are based in poland

Please allow us to start by referring to the fact that we are a company from Poland. We are very sorry that you were surprised by this because we never hide the fact that we are a Polish manufacturer of mobility scooters and electric-powered wheelchairs. In fact, we are proud of it, as we have built up a large dealer network of more than 30 distributors throughout Europe. Of course, this is not the first time that the customers of our distributors have recognised the products they sell as theirs. Meanwhile, the truth is somewhat different.

Both our dealers and the entire Veleco team always put the customer first. After all, our products are made with them in mind and for their better quality of life. Therefore, taking into account their convenience and saving them money, we have created a special service and customer care policy that involves helping them as much as possible with the least amount of money that they would have to pay. That’s why, you get the maintenance videos. This is our standard. When a possible fault does not require the intervention of our mechanics, we offer customers to consider replacing faulty parts themselves. In addition, we send spare parts at a much lower price than the retail price. This minimises repair costs and allows our mechanics to reach customers who are struggling with more serious problems, such as after traffic collisions caused by other drivers.

We understand that the distance of our company from your place may raise your concerns. However, we assure you that we make every effort to ensure that the kilometres that separate us do not affect the quality of our customer service. As we mentioned earlier, our dealer network is extensive throughout Europe, and we also believe that Veleco mobility scooters owners can get the right assistance from their local suppliers if needed.
