Upon receipt of my pre-ordered minimalist package, which included a toe spacer and socks, I encountered a two-month delay. Subsequently, I discovered that the shoes provided were one size smaller than anticipated. When attempting to exchange them for the correct size, I was informed that in addition to the expected €10 delivery fee, an additional €10 charge would be applied, as the exchange would be processed outside of the original package pricing structure.

Shoes was delayed about two month. No communication about it, until I reached out and asked about it. Got a snobby response that “if I would like I could cancel my order, and that they where this big CrossFit thing and a big company ” poor customer service and poor communication about WHY they shoes where delayed. Won’t recommend this company to anyone. Now, when the shoes have arrived, they are pretty decent. But won’t buy anything else for them.

I am waiting my product -shoes- to be delivered . The preorder was on March 2026 and you are always delaying my delivery. Mercy…

super confort et super feeling

They send me this email yo valorate a product the did not send to me. I pay it in march but in july the product is not in my home

I've been doing CrossFit for years, and these are by far some of the best grips I've ever used. The quality is outstanding, the materials feel premium, and they provide excellent grip and comfort during every workout.

I'm also extremely satisfied with Velites as a company. The products are well designed, durable, and clearly made with athletes in mind. Everything from the ordering process to the overall experience has been excellent.

I highly recommend Velites to anyone looking for high-quality CrossFit gear. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.

The delivery and update service needs improving. I bought a product that was out of stock, but this information wasn't clear, so I had to ask at least three times when my order would be shipped. Although this was out of VELITE's control, I think you should anticipate updates to give customers peace of mind.
Other than that, everything was perfect!

The new Minimal 1.0 is my new favourite gym shoe.

Without doubt one of the best barefoot style shoes for the gym.

I ordered in the presale at the shop in Madrid (which was very friendly and helpful too). They took a few months to arrive as they were still being produced, it wasn't an issue.

I love my shoes and will be ordering more when these ones are worn out.

The product was different than the pictures in your webpage. The only picture of the backpak interior showed a piece that is not included and can not not even been acquired separately. That’s not what you expect from a 200 USD backpack

I emailed about an order I had not heard anything about for over a week, had an AI reply within around 30 seconds with giberish.

Repeatedly asked to actually speak to someone, no answer.

Called and spoke to someone on the phone, “it will be with you soon”

Still no idea when or if I will get my order

It’s a good thing their products are decent because the service is horrendous

I ordered 1 set of grips a month and a half ago and still haven't received them so i ordered a second pair that actually came in

T shirts felt cheap and the fit wasn’t very nice. Items missing from order and then had a nightmare trying to get a refund. Had to email them numerous times.

I waited months for the new minimals to ship. When it finally got here, it was the wrong size. The email thread to figure it out has been horrendous and they have still not fixed the problem

To start y’all sent me two left grips. Life is hectic so when I got to the gym I put the left one on figured the other was right.

Come to find out both were left sent pictures in as I was demanded as if I was lying about the two left grips.

After I stated I would like a refund one bc the grips suck and two bc the wrong grips were sent to me then I was notified that only refund available for unused items. The fact I got treated the way I did after spending money time and time again with this company is mind blowing. I’m not a bad person and have never done this before but I work hard for my money and I would like a refund and I’ll gladly send these shitty grips back along with the bag and other stuff as I’m sure one pair of grips are going to make or break y’all…

In believable I also asked to talk to someone else and no one else responded so that’s great!! I’ll keep sending emails daily until what’s right is done!

The grips that had a discount did not have the discount when in the shopping basket. Further the competition grips are way to slippery. Further i am quite satisfied with velites.
