Custom Fee Doubled the cost.
Custom Fee Doubled the cost.
I had to pay 172$ for custom fees (USA to Canada).
I bought shoes, they were not the right size, I used the exchange process. After that was completed, I received invoices by mail for 2x86$ custom fees.
If I had been informed of the fees before buying, I would never have bought the shoes.
Do not buy from Velites if you are in Canada.

The products are great, service not that great
The products are great! Used to buy some of them on our Box… But with shoes… not having physical place makes you choose sizes following measures that don’t apply to reality… we need to change size two times and not only you have to pay for the change, it was a mistake on the return billing (charge more than the normal replacement charge) that wasn’t replaced, and when asked for advice for the size of the shoes, send the measure guide with no advice… expected better customer service for the price, other brand la use to advice you on those cases (“they use to be bigger, if you use X size on Y brand this could fit you…”)
