They changed my provider without…
They changed my provider without consent. Also I imediatly used my 14 day right to terminate this. They still counted electricity for 7 days even after I requested the agreement to be terminate. Total scam.

It is a scam of company this one. During the time I was a costumer they have charge me extra and hold my money until I got really angry by the phone. now after one year they have the pleasure to send me an extra bill for 26kr?. How is possible to get a bill after one year when at the phone they have been telling me that everything is done , no more dealing whit them and now this......... That is the worst costumer service ever.

Signed Me Up Without Consent – Unacceptable Practice
Velkommen signed me up as a new customer without my consent, which is absolutely outrageous. A salesperson called me yesterday asking why I had left Velkommen a few years ago and whether I’d consider switching back from OK. I did not accept any offer. I simply asked him to send more information by email because he was being overly pushy and I was trying to be polite.
A few hours later, I received a “Welcome” email saying I had been signed up as a new customer—without ever agreeing to anything. It seems the salesperson used my old contract details to reactivate an account without my permission.
Since then, I’ve been stuck in a nightmare of chatbots, AI email agents, and endless phone queues, being bounced from one department to another. Eventually, someone confirmed the cancellation and claimed a confirmation letter had been sent—but I never received it (not even in my spam folder).
This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate in Denmark.
