BEWARE: Scam Support Line & Ghosting MerchantI ordered from Vellen-Hair.com on March 2, 2026, and it has been a total nightmare. After receiving zero confirmation through the usual business sms text you should receive, the only confirmation I did receive was a number on their webpage Confirmation #KUY7ZX9JI only. I attempted to contact their support.
MAJOR RED FLAG: The 1-800 support number listed on their official website is a FRAUDULENT line that redirects to a third-party scam (Life Alert/Earnify).
I have reached out via their website contact form, direct email, and WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, they show as "Last Seen" and active, yet they are intentionally ignoring my messages.A week of asking for confirmation on my order. I am currently filing a dispute with my bank for "Merchandise Not Received" and have reported this store to Shopify and the FTC for deceptive business practices. I also took several screenshots of things to make sure I have evidence that everything I am saying is the truth. One last thing, it seems the website also doesn’t have a delete account button. So do not make an account on this website.
Do not trust this site. They take your money and disappear. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. Update March 11 Thankfully, I did get my money back. So basically I didn’t get what I ordered. There was a weird package that popped up after I had warned Vellen that if they didn’t link my order id have to dispute and that package popped up was like a day later, it was not under their name it was it said IMG commerce. The package came today. It wasn’t even the hair clips that I ordered. It was a different set and honestly it kind of cheaply made. They’re not extra large clips honestly, they’re they weighed 3.6 ounces while real hair clips that are extra large weigh 1.6 ounces individually and four of those hair clips would weigh 6.4 ounces so if you’re gonna buy from the site I wouldn’t. The address that the package came from was actually in LA and the FBI I learned had raided LA Monday, March 9, from where my package came from like literally almost the exact location I think and it was a scam operation a very big scam ring so I would definitely stay away from here.

Horrible, don't order there!!! No answer in weeks. I want to return my product and n the website they clearly say you just need to inform the costumer support. However, they never answered. Also: the delivery took weeks (they say they would deliver in 1-3 days, but the product came straight from china!).

Believe this is a fraudulent company. Placed an order weeks ago. Received tracking which I’m sure was fake, to say that my combs had arrived which they certainly have not.

Comb arrived after about one month and was broken. The last prong which is the most important had snapped off before I even took it out the box. They also didn’t post the tint bowels so am hoping I receive those.. also sent the wrong colour tail combs. Will not recommend or order again.

I have ordered the combs one moth ago and still didnt receive the products. The customer service also doesnt respond on emails. I was scammed but for others dont do make same mistake.

Combs were cheap plastic not worth even the 14 dollar sale price.

Brushes were a joke

Do not buy

Foils are very pretty though

The highlight combs are amazing. But the color brushes are not worth a dime. The bristles fall out even before you’re done with your first color service.
