I ordered in April 2025 and still no package or response.

I am still currently waiting on my order it's now been 3 weeks emailed twice and still no reply!!!

Keep away from this company.
Products arrived 5 weeks after ordering. I emailed them multiple occasions asking for an update on my delivery as the website states up to 8 days.

The items look counterfeit.

I am now wanting to return the items for a refund and I’m not getting a response for where to return the items to.

Awful!!

Would give no stars if I could… this seems to be a scam company. No communication despite the claim they respond in 24/48 hours, emailed several times to no response 8 days since order and not even dispatched. Have put a claim in for a refund but nothing so far… steer well clear, reporting to trading standards!!

Your company took 60 euros from my bank account by mistake I have tried to email your company but got no response could help you please help me kind regards John Cambridge

Ordered White fox set Should of realised I wasn’t getting a bargain or a good discount it took 17 to arrive from China I assume and when it has it horrendous material so cheep feels horrible to touch and the sizing although I check on the website the sizing nothing like Will try and return but nothing in parcel to allow and not hopeful for refund after all these reviews
Update on 2/March 25 from original post of 17 Feb. Sent 3 emails asking where do I send the item for refund had on justvfew days after my original post asking for pictures which I sent , but now ignoring me clearly not interested and refusing to refund me for the horrible fake white fox top which I’ve paid £40 and postage Scanners

I LOVE this jumper the quality is beautiful, super soft and comfy. Only reason it has only 4 stars is due to shipping taking 14 days when it said it would only take 2-3.

avoid this scam of a company at all costs. the items are nothing like in the pictures as they use images from actual reputable businesses unlike themselves. when asking for a refund they will offer you a 15% refund and that you can keep the items because they know their products are crap and shipped from some warehouse in China. I’ve sent the item back to the warehouse in China, having to cover the expenses myself and am still yet to see a refund. A bunch of bums.

P.S. I CAN CONFIRM THAT I SENT THE EMAILS TO THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS.

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Veloci London has been. Their website proudly claims that their customer service team responds within 48 hours. I've sent multiple urgent emails over 6 days ago with absolutely no response.

To make matters worse, my order was shipped to a completely random address in the UK, nowhere near the one I provided. This is making me seriously question the legitimacy of this company. I'm starting to think it's a scam.

I will be taking this further and contacting the Instagram influencers who actively promote this shop. Someone needs to get back to me immediately. As of now, I have not received my order nor a refund.

Don’t use this company. Reference to London is a con. Poor quality products from China that they don’t refund on or don’t give return address in the timescale they set and it’s not worth wasting more money on return post. Offered me 10% discount instead of refund. Took 10 days to arrive. Shoes received in flat pack plastic, unbranded and look very cheap. Shame I can’t add photo. Not even sure charity shop will want them. Should have checked better before buying. Reviews on their website must be fake because they bear no resemblance to reviews on here. I expect they will respond to this review with standard request to email them which I have several times!

I have placed an order and I haven’t received any confirmation or any details and I have emailed them several times but had no respond very bad customer service I would like to know if they just took my money and con me

Complete and utter scam artists. Poor quality, rubbish items - I didn’t even bother trying them on. Requested a return and refund to only be offered 10% and I keep the items… disputed and they agreed that I send them back for a full refund to china…. (Don’t be fooled by the London title in the name) 2 months since sending my items back, my messages have been avoided, my item is stuck at customs and they’re refusing to help in any way shape or form. I’ve sent proof of postage and still no help or empathy. AVOID like the plague. I’m not holding my breathe for a refund if I’m completely honest

Don’t order from here!
I ordered because I saw the link from an “influencer” online, they state they ship next day delivery on their website and I’ve tried to query this and had no response. Wish I’d come onto here - just for Trust Pilot reference they’re stating they’ve got 5 star Trust Pilot reviews on their website and didn’t think to check (they say they’ve got 8.5k?!) surely shouldn’t be suggesting this if they clearly haven’t! Very misleading.

Stated on their website the items are linen, came to me and it’s the most awful polyester material, the cheapest material.

Absolutely ridiculous, they’re not ignoring my emails

I have received an email from them telling me to keep the products and they will give me 10% of £90 as a good will gesture. I do not want the products or the 10% I would like a return label to send the clothes back as they look nothing like the pictures on the website, and I want my full 100% refund back.

Took a few weeks to arrive, the items are a different colour to online pictures, the quality is atrocious especially for the high prices paid.

They have given no response to my refund request.

Stay away from this company!

Firstly, the website claims to have 5 stars on TrustPilot. When I checked this website last week, the company's profile was unclaimed. I raised this with them, deeming them to be a scam and suddenly it has been claimed. I ordered 3 dresses for around £97 and I am thorougly disappointed with the entire service.

The items took 20 days to arrive, despite chasing them up on it and the website saying it would only take 6-8 days. It is clear that they came from China and the quality reflects that. These items are all thin and flimsy, which makes for a very very unflattering fit...I could see my belly button through them all. I found one of the dresses to also be see-through which is obviously terrible.
I have requested a full refund from them and am yet to hear back. This company is quite obviously a scam, I do not reccomend buying from them at all.
"Terrible" does not even begin to describe them.

I purchased 3 dresses from this website. They ended up coming from China and took 13 days to arrive. When they arrived unfortunately they transpired to be incredibly poor quality copies of the dresses in the photos. All 3 were see through, had no structure and had fraying stitching and poor workmanship. When I raised this to Veloci, they requested that I return the items to china at cost to myself (and if this did not arrive within 2 weeks of arriving in the UK the return would not be accepted). This cost is around £54.99. This website appears to be displaying fake reviews on their website and I am very sorry to say this website is a scam. They later offered a 15% refund to not return, which sadly still leaves me £64 out of pocket. Very very disappointed.
