I recently moved to London and had been looking for a reliable source for all my bike repair and maintenance needs. After a high recommendation from my local chippy I contacted Velo.
I have been pleasantly surprised by just how fantastic this group is. Friendly on email and friendly, reliable and efficient in person. I especially appreciated the attention to detail Ebba had for my bike and lengths he went to to cause as little inconvenience to my day as possible.
It's back up and riding after a derailleur snap put it out of service. Now my commutes to work are much more pleasant. I couldn't recommend Velo anymore highly. Although I hope not to have too many problems with my bike in the future, I know if I do I have the upmost confidence contacting Velo to resolve any repair and maintenance on my bike.
