Ordered two items

Ordered two items, one large and one medium. I don't know what they use for a sizing standard but the large was smaller than the medium and both items had sleeve that ended between my elbow and wrist. Absolute scam and agree with other reviews that the revies on their site are bogus. Have to remember the old saying "BUYER BEWARE" and search other sites for reviews.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE

Their products are absolute garbage. The boots I ordered are basically made of plastic. Their website states you can return items but not items on sale which is pretty much everything on their website. The trust pilot reviews on their website are totally fraudulent.

I would use zero stars bit can"t

I would use zero stars bit can"t. Total rip off. Not even a real store or company, just a scam shell. Bought a $400 bomber jacket for $89. It was not a jacket and was worth about $5. No receipt for the purchase and no way to return it. Sizing a joke. Incredibly lousy product and a complete and TOTAL scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Not at all as described and not at all like the photo. Sweater was not woolen or knitted at all. The pattern was printed on gross, hot polyester. I made the mistake of buying shoes as well. Thin, plastic shoes ridiculous. We have a bet in the family for how many wears I will get until they fall apart. On average we estimate 5-7 wears. Pure rubbish. Expensive and not from Vancouver. Shameful that these can be sold. No way there are 1000's of 4 star reviews. Again, garbage just waiting to be tossed into a landfill.

Lies from end to end, violating consumer rights

Their ads claim they have been in business for 26 years but a quick search on waybackmachine shows it was created in July 2024. They claim to be closing down their Vancouver store but this is a lie, they never had a Vancouver store and have always been online. Their ads also claim a "30-day guarantee" which is complete BS. I ordered shoes and realized right after I pressed pay that it was a scam and asked for a refund. They refused. Once the shoes arrived, I again asked for a refund and they refused a refund again. They are violating buyer rights. An utter lie from end to end. Also the shoes are garbage, made of plastic.

Complete scam - these are crooks and fraudsters

Purchased a bomber jacket that was supposedly originally almost $500 marked down to $89.

The quality is laughable. Have never seen such a poorly made garment before. Their cost was probably under $5.

If you want to return it you have to pay the shipping to China, NOT Vancouver and who knows if they'll even refund you. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves, but most certainly aren't.

Scammed along with everyone else! I needed some new boots this winter and was really looking forward to the ones I ordered. They say wool lined…haha it is like a little fuzz inside! Such a rip off cheap version of what I thought I was getting.

Veloura Vancouver scam

I bought two pairs of boots and they are the worst things I have ever seen. Dollar store quality. I have never felt so cheated. A late night bad decision from an Instagram ad - will never do this again. So cheap and size nowhere near fits. Shocking. Profound false advertising

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Inferior products that are impossible to refund. The materials, sizes and colours are not as advertised. Very very cheap Chinese knock offs.

DO NOT ORDER

I ordered what I thought would be good boots for the winter. This website is a total scam. The boots are a joke. They are the cheapest piece of garbage....they literally will be in the garbage as thrifting them is tough because no one would wear them. I unfortunately have been scammed.

Extremely poor quality, complete scam from begining to end.

Extremely poor quality, Adult L came to us as, at best, a Child L. Remarkably cheap material.
And, though they claim you can get a refund, but the email they say to use to contact them with doesn't work.
Even if it did, the fine print on returns says that you have to ship your return, at your own expense, back to China.
But wait...there's more!
In the even deeper fine print it says that the entire operation is "computer automated", meaning there's no actual human, no warehouse in Vancouver, no nothing, just a web interface to the manufacturer in China.

They also illegally contravene the "Customer Refusal" laws, as they state that you have to accept the shipment, not refuse it, then you can email them the refusal notice, and then ship it back to China, again, at your own cost.
What a laughable scam. Looks like the charity thrift is getting some weird Chinese kids clothes.

Total scam

Can't believe I could be so gullible. Ordered 3 sweaters. They arrived today. No labels, no care instructions. One sweater ( supposedly cashmere blend) possibly acrylic? Has loose threads everyewhere. The other is wearable, again no label orcare instructions, the thid, supposedly a wool Hoodie is a sleazy polyester missized and a slippery shiny fabric. Again- no labels. I am mad at myself. I should know better. I hope the next person will be smart enough to read reviews and not get taken. I would give a minus 2 star if I could.

Poor Quality- Do NOT recommend

I recently purchased Sophia™ - Waterproof Boot With Wool Lining. When it arrived the quality was not remotely close to the images on their website. I contacted them about returning the boots for a refund as the quality was terrible. Not only are they refusing to give me a refund, they offered to exchange them for a shipping fee of $30. I am not interested in an exchange as I doubt another pair will be better quality. They look like insoles not actual boots. To make matters worse, they have not responded to my last email and now have blocked my email. Do not buy anything from this company

I bought 3 sweaters that began to…

I bought 3 sweaters that began to unravel after I unpackaged them. I looked to return items but it will cost me to return, and it’s to China NOT Vancouver. Materials are akin to plastic threads with very loose uneven and misaligned patterns. I will have to donate them to Salvation Army. Even then they will need to repair them.
