They are NOT the same cut from the picture there website is misleading and says material is 100% organ cotton but it’s actually 95% and they may not even be organic. There’s also a Chinese name on the waste band where the picture shows it to be plain. Do not order!!!!

Ordered a beautiful sunglass and took only 2 weeks to arrive. Classic service and a classy sunglass too. Management was very helpful especially Emma.

So I ordered men underwear that was advertised as 100% cotton. It arrived and it feels like blend of cotton and polyester or sth. Interestingly, I can see that they have cut the little tag inside it. Highly sketchy, I should have read the reviews. Unfortunately, I did order a "linen" pants and a shirt before the arrival of the underwears. I suspect they are the same!

These are scammers. They advertise products as cotton and charge high prices but they ship trash plastic cloths that is not true to size.

Their customer care is just ai generated messages.
Stay away.

I ordered 4 shirts from Velthenic. They arrived and they are very nice, good quality and fit well.

Velthenic was misleading and extremely disappointing. Other than very poor quality merchandise, They have not honor their refund policy, and customer service was essentially nonexistent despite repeated attempts to contact them. Accordingly a consumer complaint has been filed.

Once payment was made, communication stopped. This behavior makes the company appear fraudulent and scam-like, particularly in how refunds are handled. I would strongly caution others before doing business with them and recommend filing a consumer complaint if you’ve had a similar experience.

It took more than a month to receive my Items. The sunglasses are super small and so are the mens underwear.

I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt for my husband as a Christmas gift.
It was never delivered and deemed lost.
I contacted Velthentic and asked for a refund because they don't even have proof that it was delivered.
They refused and offered me to resend the products if I agreed to paying $16.00 for shipping and delivery. I declined their ridiculous offer.
Now, they are telling me that because I'm refusing their offered and the package is marked as delivered on their end, they can no longer assist me.
So they are keeping my money and the product.
What I thought it was the most outrageous part was when they told me to go around the neighborhood looking for my package, making it my job to find it.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional company.
I believe they are a scam company.

I am so happy I found Velthentic. They design and make the most comfortable thin loafer socks that actually stay on my feet. These socks are perfect for designer sneakers as most socks are so thick.

I have been wearing these for about a year….they are Very comfortable and well made socks. They fit perfectly, and do not slide down, breathable throughout the day, cool for summer wear, as well as, comfortable for the warmer months. After numerous washes their shape and softness remains. These are my new top favorite socks

I ordered sunglasses about a month ago and the website said it ships in 2 days. Nothing yet received. Pretty sure it is a scam. I keep getting emails from them saying its on its way. Definitely stay away from this company

I ordered a small and it was way too big. No xs was offered. I tried for several days to find out to return the item but could not get a clear response. Worst customer service. No live connection and would not address my concerns.

I ordered a 100% cashmere sweater, but I got 100% wool chinese tagged one.

This is just a scam, I compared my cashmere sweater and my wool sweater with the delivered sweater, but I am 100% sure this is 100% wool sweater as tagged.

I have photo of it, but I cannot upload it here. BTW, this is just a scam since the material price of cashmere is more than 3 times expensive then wool.

They are keep trying to negotiate with 15 and 30% and more refund due to the shipping fee,!so I am disputing the payment from credit card company.

I recommend to avoid them since I cannot believe their product anymore.

Best customer service! My coat arrived and it is extremely nice but was too snug. I let customer service know and they immediately offered to replace it. I was so impressed with the speed of their reply and no hassle return policy. I will buy more from them. 10 stars!
