Made and warm. It has a lot of pockets with good zippers. I am trusting it for a trip to Norway and may revisit my review after I return.

Bought a watch received today its really lovely

I ordered a coat 3 months ago. Tracking shows it was delivered to my maned private post box, that has an employee there 8am to 8pm. It was NEVER delivered! I even paid for the additional $Shipping Insurance. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The company replied saying they only see 2 orders and both were delivered. This is a lie! Only 1 of 3 orders were delivered! They do not respond to emails or phone calls. SCAM!

They have an excellent faux fur jacket… no one needs to wear real fur anymore so i think this is the way to go. Delivery was quick and as promised

I purchased a track suit and a sweater and as surprised at the high quality of the materials and zippers. I had a problem with sizing and they were very prompt at getting back to me and they got me a replacement sweater the correct size right away. Great service !!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company. The sent me an entirely different item than what I ordered. This was confirmed through my order confirmation and customer service. And I don't mean they sent me the wrong size or wrong color. It was a completely different item. They told me the only way to get a refund would be if I paid the expense to return the incorrect items to China, which would cost more than the items themselves. They referred me to their return policy, which said nothing about the scenario where they sent me incorrect items. They offered me a 15% refund, then 25% refund, then 35%, etc. Ultimately, they refused to send me the correct item and give me a full refund, and it was their mistake.

*In response to the company response - The company did NOT offer to refund me in full. In fact, we exchanged maybe 10 emails and an 85% refund was the most the company would offer.

Do not use this company - product didn’t arrive and customer service was disgraceful and they took no accountability for a failed delivery. Please avoid!

Poor quality product from some cheap factory from China. I had ordered a shoe size quality and design does not match. Waste of money people. It’s a scam so please cancel your orders…

Horrible online brand cheating people with amazing photos on the net and sending low quality materials.

The underwear I bought was advertised as 100% cotton, but when it arrived the fabric was mostly polyester and not what was pictured. Very disappointed with the false advertising.

I made a mistake on my order but my customer service representative Emma was very helpful, and understanding.

Thanks to that we were quickly able to sort it out without any complications.

These are some of the warmest, and most comfortable under garments I have ever had.

Out of 9 ordered items, only 4 showed up. Of these, the quality of fabric and materials were nothing like what was advertised in the photos.

On writing to their help desk in two separate emails for a refund of the 5 missing items, and to get help to return the poor quality items, they BLOCKED and listed my content as “dangerous” 😳
So much for the 30-day money back guarantee on their website.

Oh and the items took much longer to arrive than the 48 hours listed on their website.

NOT 100% COTTON False advertising I purchased 4packs of boxers as they stated they are 100% organic vitro when I received them I used AI to translate the description on the tag and they are made from 76% Cotton, 20% Polyester, 2% Viscose, 2% Elastane
When I spoke to customer care they said send it back to china at my expense of $40.
False advertising and whe I told them they didn’t reply.
