SCAM!! Never received order. £40+ gone. Did not use!!!

I got my jumper and t shirt in around 2 weeks and it looks the same as the website, it’s just the quality, it’s not great.

I recently placed an order with Vencae, I have yet to receive a tracking number, I don’t even know if the order has even been processed. I have emailed them multiple times, I have tried to reach out to them via social media and text messages and haven’t even gotten a response, at this point it simply feels as if I have been scammed

I ordered from here last year and got my in 20 days which Ik is quite long but I got it so I don’t know what these reviews reviews are talking about

SCAM....waiting for weeks for my order. No support...they just don't answer.

This place is a SCAM! Ordered back in September and STILL have not got my order!!!

Emailed, messaged on a number of occasions and they just ignore you!

i like the clothes a lot, ive read the reviews and hope this is not a scam. i have gotten no message about the clothes, hope fully they come I will edit if they do

Amazing!! It was kinda suspicious at first but their support helped me and the product was just like on the image.

I've waited for my shirt and belt over 2 months and it has not gotten here I ordered faster shipping so it was extra.I tried reaching out with 3 emails and still no one has responded.I want a refund my order number is 7671

awful awful company!! I ordered clothes for my son last year and they haven’t arrived!! I’ve sent emails and I’ve got no reply!!! I’m fuming and I’m going to take this further! It’s time I contacted the ombudsman!

Genuine hate for this company they never sent me any emails back and even on live chats no responses. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!

Scammers. I placed 2 orders totaling $119.00 and the never sent the items. Never refunded my money and will not answer emails texts or calls. They need to be arrested in my opinion. Do not buy from them

SCAM!! Order never received, Refund process none existent. Their email address bounce back and I just received this one their live chat response:

"These people are scammers I'm sorry about that but these people are scammers we as customer support always report these issues about shipment but they never do any we're sorry about everything but these people are scammers.

If there was an option to give no stars I would. Placed an order in November for my son’s Christmas present. I have yet to receive the items. I was then told that if it was not shipped by the end of December they would issue a refund. Absolutely no response to any emails or chats since then. I would NOT buy from this company. Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase.

I have sent an email and did not receive a response back nor my order for my son's Christmas and birthday presents. I plan to blast the company's reputation with terrible reviews on YELP, Google, Facebook and X if my items don't come soon.

Bought hoodies and tee over month ago, no shipping no replay to my messages no any contact with company 😡
