The clothing isn't the worst quality like some of the other reviews say but mine arrived with a hole in the front of the t shirt so 3 stars

I don’t know what all these negative reviews are about. Shirt size, quality, and style was there and for such a good price i got what i paid for.

I ordered some shoes for my grandson over a month ago. It took them forever to even send me a tracking number, after contacting them via email. Finally, they send me a tracking number and two weeks after the tracking numbers said that the shipment has been cancelled by the company. I email them about a refund and no answer. DO NOT buy from this company, they are scammers.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Ask your money back within 14 days, don't trust them, they promise you everything and anything until the 14 days are up, then they simply disappear and forget about you.
The order was placed on 5th June, I paid for the fast shipping.... After 1 week I inquired about my order and the answer was to wait 1 more week then it will be shipped for sure, unfortunately I trusted them. After 3 weeks I contacted them again without any response, then I was trying to contact them a lot of times in all possible ways (chat, website, email) to get any information but no response since then, later I asked them for the refund, of course no response again... FAKE company, SCAMMERS!!!

My son sent me a list so I ordered the clothes got confirmation of the order a month passed by didn't receive anything even tried following up calling all the different numbers email and all the emails available still nothing. I got online read the reviews and thought crap I guess I probably should dispute the charge I just got spammed. Right about that time surprising enough I received email confirmations that my items were being shipped they came from overseas in China the kid likes it I just wish I knew it was going to take close to 2 months for my order and there was going to be zero communication definitely not what I'm used to for online purchasing all in all the experience was a bumpy ride so my advice is please be patient with the company you'll get your stuff eventually

It's been two months since we order and we still didn't get it. And it is not known when it will arrive. I asked for a refund but no response. The experience is not good at all.

Order did take a long time but hey the shirt was only $15 dollars and it’s a small business so it was expected, the design of the shirt is very good and the material is just right for the worth of $15.

Ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago. Still says order placed. I contact support, 4 days for a response. I try to get a refund, they say its been more than 2 weeks so I can't. Mind you I NEVER GOT MY FREAKING PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH. They also lie a lot. I dmed them on ig and they said my order is shipped. Nothing at my doorstep, tracking app says nothing. I dm again, they say that they're waiting for the shipping company to send it out for delivery. No shipping company on this planet earth would take this freaking long to put a sticker on a shirt and put it in a truck/plane. This company is horrible. The customer service is horrible. Never giving a cheap clothing brand a try again. Sticking to SHEIN.

I have been stuck on unfulfilled for a week now. I am worried we won’t receive the order in time. I’m not happy about this at all. Why can’t things just go as promised? Regret ordering from them.

The quality of this clothing is disgraceful, poor quality fabric, sizing is too small. Delays in delivery.
I feel totally ripped off.

I ordered a pair of sandals for a holiday and they took over 14 days to arrive. Because the company only allows you to return anything after 14 days, they are now not responding to me for me to return them. I’ve sent three emails with no response. It’s an absolute joke of the company.

The quality is outstanding. Fits true to size, 100% cotton, and breathable.

1 star for clothing quality
Theyre Temu resellers, found the exact same belt I bought for 12.- fr on Temu for 2.39 franks

Tshirt arrived. Its straight up trash.
The customer service is incapeable and they do not communicate with eachother, the email customer service has no clue of the stuff the chat customer service has already said and asked.
Theyre straight up scammers. Im sorry but I cannot think of something else.
Please do not buy stuff here. Your time is not worth the temu clothing you recieve.
Id give 0 stars if that were possible.
Update: got even worse
They keep asking for photos, even after you send them over and over. Scammers.
Theyll continue to do this untill 30 days pass and theyre not bound to their policies anymore.

Been 3 weeks and never received package after I payed for fast shipping tried contacting but never replied

The customer service for Vencae is pretty decent, just tell them your problem and you can leave the chat and wait for an email response. Helped me situate not viewing my order in the tracker page.

Vencae offers great quality and stylish designs. The fabrics are excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. Their customer service is responsive, making shopping a breeze. Overall, a fantastic brand for trendy, well-made clothing. Highly recommend! Four stars.

got a hoodie from here and i like it alot!

Ordered something and never recieved it and didnt get my money back. When i trues contacting them on social media they blocked me. They also never answered my e-mail.
