I have been using Vendoo since…

I have been using Vendoo since approximately September 2024.
The software is easy to use and generally, the support is ok.
However, it is BUGGY!
I cannot tell you the number of times that I have sold something more than once.
It feels like every month, there is a new issue.
This month was no exception in that Vinted updated their sizing. 3/4 weeks later and though all that was actually needed, was a remap of sizes, it's still not fixed on Vendoo. So if I list something as a size 16, it will list on Vinted as a size 20 (I think, offhand).
I was told a few days ago that the issue was fixed and that all should be good.
It wasn't fixed at all!
I then had to prove to support that I had been told this.
Provided a screen print and all I got in response was Oh.... No apology. And barely an acknowledgement.
This also in turn meant that had it actually worked, EVERY SINGLE item with a female size on, would have to be redone!
Which also brings back the fact that the software is basically working against Vinted rules.
To clarify. It is against the rules to relist and item unless there is a major change to it. However, because of the way that Vinted works, if you want to change absolutely anything on a listing, then the only way to do so, is to end and relist it!
This will end up in WARNINGS from Vinted. Which in turn can lead to the LOSS OF YOUR VINTED ACCOUNT! Be warned, this can and DOES happen.

I had the final nail in the coffin today where they decided to cancel my account due to none payment.
Without going into all the details, suffice it to say, that there was money in the account, they have taken money, but apparently it's for last month, which was actually paused!

And now they expect me to prove it to them.
They are not interested in actually keeping the customer, just the MONEY!

Cowboys is the word that sums it all up.

They only good thing about this, is it's cheap. I'd rather pay twice as much for something reliable.

Excellent customer service

Limited experience with the app but their customer service has been top notch. I had an issue with my billing and account and they took care of it 100% very honorably. It says a lot about a company when they care about their customers long term.

This is such a great tool for resellers - super easy and intuitive. You can tell this was designed by someone who has done this job before. Have used this for almost 2 years now & it just keeps getting better!

I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend!! I have been using Vendoo for a few years now. The app makes it so easy to get my items on multiple platforms. I also really like the Sale Detection feature. It has saved me from having an items sell on another platform after selling on one. The subscription fee is just a minor business cost compared to the large amount of extra sales I get from listing on multiple platforms. Not to mention the huge time savings.

excellent customer service

As with everything, sometimes Vendoo has hiccups, but I cannot say better things about their staff. Questions are always answered in a timely manner and everyone is kind and professional. That alone keeps me with Vendoo, despite the countless other sites like it!

Fantastic company

Fantastic company! So helpful and I always get a quick reply when I have a question about something. There was a glitch recently due to one of the cross-listing sites and Vendoo kept me updated even though it was a long process. I really appreciate that it's one of the few websites where you can actually get in touch with a human and they care about answering every concern. LOVE THEM!!

Vendoo is really help to automate…

Vendoo is really help to automate reselling on multiple platforms - because of vendoo I was able to cancel another virtual assistant - I would like to see the ability to schedule listing and delisting/listing items. That would save even more time, but I am pleased with all the features Vendoo offers so far.

Shady

canceled my subscription, but they continued to charge me anyway. When I opened my account to see what was going on I saw I had been resubscribed. I messaged customer service and they initially refused a refund. Eventually after a few hours of arguing, they issued a refund. At no point did they apologize or admit fault and the entire time they seems annoyed. Huge pain in the ass. Shady company, do not give them your credit card info.

Vendoo customer service is the Best

Vendoo customer service is the Best by far! They reply to your questions and concerns on the app or on the website. They are quick to respond and they do take the time to research and give you the best customer service outcome. I have had some issues and they have been so helpful and courteous. I recommend them whenever my friends ask. Plus they do have all the features that you need in order to run your reselling business. I give them 100 stars!

This has been a wonderful crosslister- very easy and quick to use, with lots of helpful add ons. I really love the prompt response from the Vendoo team whenever I need assistance. I highly recommend trying Vendoo if you are tired of all the other confusing options available.

Cross listing from the platform is easy…

Cross listing from the platform is easy and seamless. There are tools available to scale your inventory to multiple platforms that are easy to navigate. Zoom presentations are available when new platforms are added. Any issues are quickly responded to in a reasonable time by Vendoo staff. There are various pay levels available making the platform affordable.
