Vendoo and their support team have been great

Vendoo and the support team have been great. Vendoo provides many educational resources to improve your knowledge and reselling business. Their features are major time savers and make the listing process less painful. The pricing is very fair. Overall, I am very grateful for the very helpful service Vendoo provides.

Love all the options!

I love that I can list on 4 different platforms and only have to create one listing. I also love the auto delist when something sells on a platform. I use the template option when I have a lot of the same item. I also feel I have an accurate account of all my items and can manage my inventory much better. And it is a great price!

Vendoo Is a brilliant Platform that provides a great service! Very user friendly, efficient, and saves me huge amounts of time. Also, really love the delisting feature when an item sells. In addition, it keeps track of all your inventory in one place. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine not being able to list…

I can't imagine not being able to list on all these platforms. Vendoo is the biggest help, great customer service, and they know what resellers are looking for in a service like this. They add new features all the time, which keeps me competitive and allowing me to grow my business.

Deeply Misleading, Terrible Transparency, and Refusal to Refundned up for Vendoo expecting a…

I signed up for Vendoo expecting a reliable crosslisting platform — what I got instead was misleading information, technical frustration, and an unacceptable level of accountability from the company.

Within minutes of subscribing, their own AI support system (the chatbot that greets new users) informed me that there was a known issue with eBay importing that Vendoo was “working to fix.” That’s critical information any seller deserves to know before paying for a subscription. Based on that response — presented as an official company message — I continued to use the platform, assuming they were being transparent and fixing the issue.

Later, a human support agent (Carlos) contradicted that message entirely, saying there were no known issues and that the chatbot had been wrong. In other words, I was misled by the company’s own system during my first paid session. Even after acknowledging that misinformation occurred, Vendoo refused to issue a refund, hiding behind “policy” and claiming it wasn’t a “marketing misrepresentation.”

That’s not just poor support — it’s deceptive practice.
Their system gave false technical statements, their agent admitted it was incorrect, and they still kept my money.

I also deleted my account immediately — I never keep my listings or personal data on platforms I can’t trust — yet they used that as an excuse to deny a refund, saying I couldn’t provide a Vendoo ID for proof. That’s circular and unethical.

If you value transparency, honesty, or respect for your time and money, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Vendoo. Their refund policy exists to protect them, not their users. Their chatbot misinformation and refusal to take responsibility is, in my experience, the definition of a deceptive and untrustworthy service.

There are far better and more transparent alternatives (like Vendoo’s competitors who actually own their errors and issue refunds). I would never recommend this service to any seller, especially one running a real business.

Summary:

Misleading onboarding information.

Conflicting answers between AI and staff.

Refusal to refund even after admitting misinformation.

Poor accountability and deflection under “policy.”

If you’re serious about your business, skip Vendoo. It’s simply not worth the risk.

Great crosslister with super support

Been using Vendoo for a while now. Like all crosslisters it has it's hiccups but it's the best one I've tried. The layout is easy, it's simple to use and generally speaking it works!
The cherry on top with Vendoo is their customer service which is excellent, everyone I've dealt with has been amazingly helpful, escalated the issue where required and come back to me as soon as possible. This is an area where many online companies fail but this one does not.

Unfortunately changing is a pain

After using Vendoo since the beta, I am about to move to another platform. I had hoped Vendoo would get better over time, but instead it has gotten much worse. It will take hours of getting the new site set up, but hopefully will save me a lot of headache in the future.

My issues: about 50% of the time Mercari doesn't connect, and the sale detection doesn't work. I moved to Vendoo for Poshmark sharing and that is working less than 50% of the time. I also just spent several hours deleting all the duplicates they created in Poshmark and Mercari.

It is disappointing they can't seem to figure it out, I loved the idea and the developers when it was starting. However, it is costing me a lot, and they feel no need to refund for features which are not working at all (Poshmark sharing) for weeks at a time. Customer service is completely useless. I really wanted to love them, but I am out of patience after being a paying customer for sub-par service. The base features (connectivity) should be working after years of development.

Vendoo is the best site for online resellers!!

Vendoo is the best site I have found to work my online reselling business since I started in 2007. It is so easy to create new listings, cross-list items on many platforms, keep track of all my financial information for tax purposes, share my items on a schedule that I set and best of all....... delist items from all sites when something sells. Vendoo has freed up my mental real estate immensely and made my business run with ease!! I recommend Vendoo to all resellers. Get several hours of your precious time back by using this excellent reseller site!! VERY AFFORDABLE ALSO!!

Long-term customer - I highly recommends Vendoo!

I have not been compensated in any fashion for this review. I am just a long-time user who is very happy with this service! I have used Vendoo for 5-6 years now, and I really do not have any complaints. I cannot imagine reselling without the platform. Thankfully they have kept the cost reasonable and consistent the entire time I've been with them which I am very grateful for. I rarely encounter glitches with the extension, but anytime I've encountered a problem, Vendoo customer service has responded rapidly and effectively. And I just want to emphasize here that the team members at Vendoo are legitimately the *nicest* people to deal with! The customer service is top-notch, and this is a big reason I feel loyal to this company and happily recommend the service to you if you've been considering it.

Vendoo allows me to post listings on multiple platforms and keep everything in one place where I can keep track of what is listed where. One of my favorite features is the ability to edit my photos, lighten/brighten/remove backgrounds, etc. right in the app. I find this so much easier to do in Vendoo, and then my improved photos are easily imported consistently to all of my platforms. The easy bulk delist/relist process is also another of my favorite features.

Vendoo continues to improve their platform and adapt to the changing reselling environment. They are constantly giving us new tools to make reselling a little easier. I cannot imagine doing this job without the help of Vendoo. I appreciate them so much!

**Edit: I've seen some complaints from people trying to mainly use Vendoo on the mobile app. I do want to add that I mostly use Vendoo on my desktop where it works very smoothly. I find the app is not fully functional on my iphone the way it is on my desktop computer. The mobile app is something that I do think Vendoo could improve on. The only reason I use the mobile app is to draft listings with the pictures from my phone, since my iphone and Windows computer don't play nicely when it comes to transferring pictures. I draft my listings in the Vendoo app on my phone by just dropping my pics in place, and then when I sit at my desktop, all of my draft listings are there with my pictures ready for me to edit, and I complete the listings and cross-post from my desktop. I prefer to sit in my comfy chair at my desk and work with a traditional keyboard and large monitor, so the lack of a fully functioning mobile app is not a problem for me. Hope that helps.

Highly Recommended Tool

I’ve been using Vendoo for over a year to cross list on multiple platforms. It’s easy to use and the customer service is top notch. They add new functionality on a regular basis and hold weekly live training sessions for their clients. Vendoo is my go-to for efficient cross listing and I highly recommend them.

My experience with Vendoo has been EXCELLENT!

My experience with Vendoo has been very positive, hugely because of the people who work for them. I have had a glitch or two but when I contact customer service they are very quick to respond and really take the time to explain what is happening, and fully communicate what I can do on my end to fix the issue I'm experiencing. The best part is that the people in customer service continue to follow up with me, making sure my issue has been resolved. May I also add...their analytics are amazing!

Vendoo has been a very disappointing…

Vendoo has been a very disappointing experience for my business. Their platform failed to automatically detect sales across my accounts, which caused serious issues with my eBay seller performance. Instead of resolving the problem, I was told I needed to manually provide a list of everything their system missed—completely defeating the purpose of paying for automation.

The site also never fully loaded my Mercari listings, making cross-listing unreliable. Considering the high subscription cost, the value simply isn’t there. For small business owners, these kinds of failures can damage credibility and sales.

⚠️ I cannot recommend Vendoo. Their service is unreliable, customer support is unhelpful, and the platform is overpriced for what it delivers.

Vendoo does not stand behind their own…

Vendoo does not stand behind their own offer below. I selected the remind me later when going to cancel my account and they are wanting me to provide them with what day I did that. Considering my mom was just on hospice and passed away, this is the last thing on my mind. And as a technology company, they should have that info. I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund when I wasn’t notified according to their offer. They charged me and are not providing me with a refund after I contacted them the same day I was charged. I switched to crosslist and now Vendoo has lost a customer for life.

UNRELIABLE; ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

I tried vendoo hoping it would actually make things easier but it’s just been one problem after another. The auto-delist feature barely works and I ended up double-selling items because it didn’t remove them. That’s a HUGE red flag for any serious reseller. Mercari is basically always broken… sometimes listings don’t go through at all, other times they just vanish.

The interface is super clunky, really slow, and full of random glitches. Things that should take a minute end up taking forever because you’re constantly fixing errors. Honestly it feels outdated compared to other tools out there.

And the support? WORST IVE EVER SEEN. Most of the time you either get brushed off or some copy/paste response that doesn’t actually solve anything. It really seems like they don’t care as long as you keep paying the subscription.

THESE GUYS ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY ONLY.

Instead of saving me time,Vendoo created MORE work and cost me sales. I wouldn’t recommend it at all — there are way better alternatives that actually deliver what they promise.
