Great experience. I loved the app.

All the Team has helped me with small glitches that take up time to figure out on my own. I am so grateful for their patience and that they walk me through the trouble shooting process. I have worked with them over the last couple of weeks and they are fast to respond and quick to assist in getting me up and running again. I give them 10 stars and would highly recommend. The chat feature is extremely helpful and today Steffani was extremely helpful as well.

Ive been using this crosslister for over a year and pleaseee DO NOT BOTHER. They have so many bugs and issues and I keep getting the same "Were working on it." ALL of my items used to be listed across 5-6 platforms now a lot of them only get to be on three because of their issues. Actual waste of money I wish they had reviews straight on their website but they do it on purpose to trick people into signing up onto their amazingly buggy website. Now im basically forced into looking for a new one to start over.

THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING! MERCARI AND FACEBOOK HAVE NOT WORKED FOR MONTHS!

I was excited to give this a try but after subscribing I then realised I could only connect eBay, all the others I use aren’t available on the mobile browser only computer and I don’t have a computer so it’s completely useless. Very disappointed, it should’ve been made clear when signing up that it’s only useable if you have a computer

I have had vendoo for over a year and think the $19.99 125 listings with an $11.99 bundle that crosslists, delists, and imports existing inventory is worth the money. In about 30 seconds I can crosslist a listing to 4 platforms that I use. The only part that I wished was more advance is that on my multi quantity listings I have to manually update the number left. Single item listings delist when sold automatically. The customer service is also very responsive and accommodating.

I signed up very excited to use this service. After a couple hours it was obvious that it wasn’t going to work for me. So I canceled and emailed them right away explaining that it wasn’t going to work for me and asking for my money back since it had only been such a short time. I was denied and charged for the whole month when i got zero use out of my purchase. I have since signed up for nifty which from using it now for a few months is a fantastic product and highly recommended. Stay away from this company! They have awful customer service and a worst product!

I started with this company in July 2024 taking the risk with an unlimited plan due to the volume of items I was interested in cross listing. When the platform worked well with some platforms, but only partially worked with others with regards to recognizing and delisting sales, I stopped using the platform. My mistake was forgetting to cancel the yearly subscription. So when the charge came up this year, I messaged them on their website on a weekend to negotiate a refund, they simply locked out any ability for me to contact them without so much as a written response.

Whoever running this business is reading these reviews, this charge has been disputed with the CC company for your half baked product because of your choice to simply slam the door in my face which I perceive as a non-verbal way of telling me to go f* myself.

I've been using Vendoo for the past year and it's hands down one of the best online selling platforms I've tried. The interface is clean and easy to use, making it simple to list items, communicate with buyers, and manage sales.
Customer support has been responsive and extremely helpful whenever I’ve had a question or issue. This is a company with a heart. If you're looking to declutter, start a side hustle, or run a small business, this app is a great place to start. I Highly recommend!

Always helpful, quick to respond and friendly! If I have a question. It gets answered. If I need help they are there to help.

I have been a Vendoo user since February 2023. I have never been disappointed in how the app works. It has been a game changer for my resell business. And since joining them, they have developed and released additional tools. In fact, I can do every single process needed for my resell business right on Vendoo. Their additional pro tools added over the past year have only added value to my annual subscription.

I have read all the negative reviews from others. I wonder if they attended the free on boarding orientation Vendoo recommends learning how to use all the features? Did they read through the extensive Vendoo library contents of guides and tutorials to learn the app features? And did they leave their Vendoo app running as the onboarding orientation tells users. If the app isn't running, the features do not work as designed.

Last, one need not pay any money to use the app. They have a forever free plan where a reseller can import their inventory and then add up to five new listings per month. I used the free plan for an entire quarter while learning the features and deciding if the app was a good fit for my business plan. It was!

This site is a complete and total waste of your money!! I signed up for the basic service for $20/month. I used it for a month or two without any major issues and then it wouldn’t allow me to continue to import and cross list until I paid for more features that were already in my basic subscription….. No phone or even live chat….. Then I played email tag with Carlos who couldn’t get what I was asking about. He sent me how to do what I was already doing for months!! There was a glitch and he was refusing to understand that! I would advise anyone to stay away from these clowns. There are many other cross listing services for the same price……

Terrible customer service. My inventory was deleted overnight, and I was told that I would have to pay to add additional credits to have them re-added to my inventory. Please do not give this company your money.

The system is basically completely unusable for the UK platforms, information they hide away from all their glossy marketing and website. You only find this out after paying up front for a subscription. Their "customer service" is laughable at best, even in the face of service misrepresentation which they fully admit to in writing.

Don't waste your time or your money. And if you do decide to pay, make sure you use credit card so you're protected that way at the very least, as they will do everything to hold onto every last penny.

They do plant their own positive reviews. If you google the person who wrote "Saved me hours and money I used to spend with a VA" you'll find he's an employee of Vendoo!

I currently have a case open with the Maryland Attorney General against these scammers and they are too cowardly to even reply, the same way they don't answer any of their complaints with the BBB or on Trustpilot. It says a lot about how trustworthy a company is and how much they care about their customers when they don't even have a defense for any of the negative things people are saying about them. Most likely because all of it is true!

Vendoo has absolutely changed the course of my resale business. The platform is incredible and customer service is the best around. I cannot say enough great things! I will remain a loyal customer for years to come! Thank you Vendoo!

Listing across multiple platforms is faster and easier than ever, and their crossposting and delisting features save me so much time. The interface is clean and intuitive, and they are constantly rolling out updates that make the experience even better.

Whenever I’ve needed help, their customer support team has been incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about resolving issues. You can tell they truly listen to user feedback and are committed to improving the platform.

If you're serious about reselling and want to grow your business efficiently, I can’t recommend Vendoo enough. It's one of the best investments I’ve made for my business!

The most terrible experience that I,ve had so far with a cross listing app such as this one. It casued some damage to my customer service reputation because their soo called cross listing app cannot pick on any other issues and eliminate them.. Endless amounts of item sold, yet the item not de-listed from other apps by Vendoo, even tho this is one of the purposes of using this app. Items were sold again unknown to me and I had to issue apologies to customers because I use a terrible app such as this one. Evry time I've complained to them, they come up with some ridiculously bad or very unsafe suggestions, such as; leave the computer open over the night so that the software can recognise the sales and delete the listing!? Could you imagine if I did that dumb thing and left a laptop on 24/7 and it could of over-heat, explode, cause fire, or life threatening damage?? This is how bad this app and team behind it. I am now left with very dissatisfied customers as a result of this app not de-listing my sales, as well as a big hole in my account for payments which do not justify even 10% the quality of this app can offer. I am beyond frustrated and de-satisfied, more so left in disbelieve, that in 2025 we cannot fix some bugs, and we just come up with stupid and bad excuses. Yet they're great at taking you money. So I recommend stay away from this terrible thing.

Interesting how Vendoo only has two positive five star reviews with both of them coincidentally written on the same day and by reviewers who have absolutely no other Trustpilot reviews.

Seems awfully suspicious and planted to me!
